While he shopped at the store, he witnessed a passive aggressive female customer purchased a couple of items that seemed too large for the bag. She requested from the employer to have her items wrapped up prevent damage to her merchandise. The employer without hesitation took her request. At the time of payment, she pulled out her credit card and threw it on the counter. The employer took notice of this, yet continued to treat her in a respectful manner. You will be in good hands when you arrive here for your home décor needs and will be a valued customer regardless of the level of rudeness you bring. But please, learn to leave that personal BS out the door.

I like their selection of stuff a lot more than other locations even though the others are bigger. The stuff isn't all messy and fallen on the floor like other locations so I like that it's not overstimulating. It can get crowded on weekends but nothing too crazy. Their parking lot is huge so there's never any trouble with parking. The cashiers are always friendly and the security always greets me when I come in and says bye when I leave.

This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. Walmart is good place to shop for Holiday decorations and every day essentials, but I am not sure about purchasing groceries here because the frozen aisles always seem unorganized.
