We have found ourselves spending some time here just browsing around and opening some cards. The pricing I believe is reasonable. I have purchased some singles of my favorite players. I like just browsing the NBA, WNBA, NFL, WWE and other sports just for the fun of finding something worth buying to build my personal collection. I've compared them against a couple of other local shops and even many vendors at Frank & Sons, and A&N usually comes out ahead. What really stood out during our latest visit was how fair they were with store credit. I brought in some cards from my personal collection that I was willing to part with, and they offered a value that felt reasonable and honest. That store credit quickly turned into Pokémon packs for the kids, which immediately made their day. Seeing my kids walk out of the store excited and holding their new haul reminded me why we keep coming back. Good prices, fair trade values, and a family friendly experience go a long way. We'll be back once we've worked our way through this stack of packs.

First, the gentleman that was working in the store was so busy watching TV. He paid no attention to us. Then, once we got his attention, she asked about the card. My daughter, a little on the shy side, looked at and inquired about the card. He said he would match online value, we found it at about $173, he said he needed to get $190. My daughter offered $180 and he seemed to ignore her. I told her we are not paying that kind of money for this card at this shop. That card will sit there and has been sitting there probably for months. We left the shop and will never return again. Paying fair prices for individual cards is something we do often. Do not buy here unless you wanna get shafted on your prices because they do not constantly monitor what they have with price guides. Hence the $280 price tag. Their packs and boxes are fairly priced. I can see if I was looking to buy a box of cards or a pack or two I could swing by here but will not for all the reasons above. Do yourself a favor check out A&N San Dimas!

During that time, another customer who seemed like a regular came in and was immediately helped, while I continued waiting. A second employee later came out from the back, walked past me without saying anything, and started working without checking if I needed help. After about 15-16 minutes, I finally asked about a single card I was looking for and got a dismissive response. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and not very inviting compared to other TCG shops I've visited.

Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

We are still "shopping" around for an LCS but we will definitely keep them in mind and come to a tournament to check out the community.
