We were able to pick out what pieces we wanted, the color, and the fabric. And the price was great! Adrian also let us know for a super small fee he would even deliver to us which makes purchasing large furniture much less stressful. The other businesses nearby, like Abba Salon and Mattress Express, I don't frequent much nor do most college students, so I can only imagine that mostly locals go there. I also go to Family Dollar quite often for my cheapo college student needs LOL. Still cool to have so much variety in such a small plaza, though :) Really accessible-- there are two bus stops that are on each side of the plaza, one near Family Dollar on Arlington and the other across the parking lot on Lake. I bus or walk here from my apartment from time to time to get groceries or study at Mandro. For the apartments in West, I think this little plaza is super convenient and useful. Every once in a while, they have a small food truck festival in the parking lot that features local eats. I'm not too sure of the exact dates but there is one during Picnic Day which gets pretty popular! It's awesome that they have little things that build and engage the community.
