Well, it is but only when you pick it up. They are supposed to call you for the cost of your items same day. They never called me and it was almost closing so I called them. I dropped off 2 lululemon shorts, never worn and still with tags. I also dropped of a new pair of Tori burch flats as well as a pair of Salvatore Feragamo shoes. They are willing to buy all these items for $37.00! I said no, thank you.
