I've been shopping at this Kirkland's since it opened, I've always had good service but today Mr…read more Richard made my shopping experience easy, quick and pleasant. I was really grateful as the store and parking lot was so busy. He smiled at me, greeted me and asked me if I was finding everything okay. I found a large mirror I was interested in and I felt comfortable to come to him and ask questions. I had to adjust my car to make sure mirror would fit. He held the item at cash register for me as it was the last one, I came back and shopped a bit more and he happened to be my cashier. He also told me I could drive up and he put the mirror in my car for me. What a huge asset to Kirkland's team. I didn't see any other employee on the floor until I was rung up. The ladies were behind register just ignoring MANY customers in the store. Just an observation from a Store Manager.

When I first walked in I was like a deer in headlights... that's how overwhelming selection is. Beer, clothes, party do-dads, necessities and on and on. Even spotted a hot glue gun - who stocks that sort of thing? Top quality products - lithium ion batteries and Life Water. Fancy name brand Microban disinfectant spray - that lasts 24 hours. I think the person responsible for stocking the store does an outstanding job. Prices are very fair. I don't think you could find Borax for less... and the 24hour disinfectant spray I've seen for a few dollars more at Office Max. The staff is the best. I'm a very needy shopper and Raja immediately helped me out while juggling her other responsibilities. I'm not really good at shopping so I usually need special help. The batteries were for my keyfob so I don't have to use the key code on the door or stuff the key in a special spot under the armrest to start the car. The Borax I use to clean grease off my hands - no, no I don't need any of that fru fru lotion bar stuff. Usually when I go shopping I forget all about why I go in the first place as I wander aimlessly and get distracted by all whats around. This time around I needed some masks - and those worked out well too. Will come back again - maybe grab that glue gun. Not sure what I need it for but it might be really comforting to have that on hand.
