Felt very disrespectful at this store never have I ever experienced such a shameful scenario in my life . I went in with my husband and 3 kids today on 12/29/2019 . I had told the kids get whatever they wanted to get. So they were all over the store while my husband and all the kids were walking the aisles getting stuff. Two of my older kids 14 and 16 and a 9 year old. We were in there for about 15 min. We were about to pay 3 cops pull up waiting in the front starring at us. We got in line and paid . Once we paid the cops left. Cops made sure and waited till we paid and took off. Whatever worker called the cops on us thinking we weren't gonna Pay had no right to call the cops on us. Did you see us putting stuff in our pockets or purse?We don't have to steal to have stuff plus we own our own business and have money to pay for our things. Plus it wouldn't be worth it to steal from the dollar tree. So next time make sure to call the cops on people who are really stealing. Seems like you haven't sold 50 dollars of merchandise to your customers. Or haven't seen Mexicans purchase that much?? What that employee or manager did was so wrong you could've asked us something or told us something . So whoever goes to this store don't purchase that much cause they will call the cops and think your stealing. read more

I came to this store yesterday morning and I noticed that the cashier was juggling things on her own. I asked whether she can call someone to help her so that it can divide the labor and get it expedited. She said she was working by herself. I asked, this entire store only has you right now? No one else? She looked me in the eye and said yes. While the line was cramping up, creating a heavy traffic I walked around to look for other things instead. Although, I was also in a hurry I just tried to be patient. But then,,, I found out that there few more employees in the back. I felt,,, why did she have to lie? When I got to the register I asked and told her that she didn't have to lie. That it offended me and made me feel like a fool for believing her. As when this person interrupted I was surprised that according to her she was the AM Manager, she was unyielding in being arrogant, disrespectful and obviously condoning her employees for wrong attitude towards customers. She said out loud that "you are fine" ......( stating the name of the concerned employee ) where I could clearly hear it. I was disgusted and appalled by the crudeness of this Manager. I have been going to this store for years and she is the only Manager or maybe Supervisor who clearly do not respect the customers to give her the reason to receive the paycheck. For that position given to her, she has no clue of professionalism, respect and the knowledge to differewhat is right from wrong. Really poor conduct of service. read more

Very good selection with store merchandise. However, the older Asian woman that works here has been extremely rude on several occasions. The line was wrapped around the store and she would not inform the customers that she was open and when another customer behind me suggested she turn on her light, said she shouldn't and never did. Also, she has avoided helping lines in the past when I have visited this location. She has horrible customer service. read more

Pretty clean place with friendly staff. I always come here for my late-night munchies. Besides all of the broken chocolate bars (seriously, I've experienced times were every chocolate Easter bunny was headless), they are usually stocked with the snacks and things I am looking for and other things I'm not lol. I must warn that some of the food items are expired so check the expiration dates first. read more

This dollar tree is one of the cleanest and well stocked dollar trees i have been too. They seem to have a lot more stuff than the other dollars tress i go to. It is quickly becoming one of my favorites for that reason. Realistically you can come in here and get your cleaning supplies and they do the same exact thing for 8 dollar cheaper, you can get hygiene products for way cheaper. I plan on coming to this location on a regular basis for the reason that they offer a larger array of things compared to the one near my home. Itll be well worth the extra drive. read more

Need worker without attitude!! Lines are out of control!! The place was beyond busy no customer service

My cashier in the line I was in had to add receipt paper and apparently he did things wrong and got scolded by the store manager. He had to reboot his register and that took 10 mins. Meanwhile everyone was changing lines and there was at least 10 people in line. The store manager didn't offer any help or to open the third register. I thought he was pretty rude to his employees and not very friendly to costumes. read more

I've been to many Dollar Tree's but this location was totally superb and clean. The items provided were the same as any location, but the items were in great condition and didn't seem to be just thrown on the shelves in horrible condition. Parking is ample, and if I lived closer I would go to this location over all other locations. read more

Love this Dollar Tree! It's always cleaner than most and has a great selection. I get a lot of things for my preschool class there (kitchen supplies to play with, sentence strips, certificates, decorations) and always find something for myself, like crafty things! Plenty of parking. Same lot as Michael's, Petsmart, Kohl's, and several restaurants. The only downfall is that they often only have one cashier, despite a sizeable line. But hey, if everything is only a dollar, waiting isn't so bad. read more

Love the deals here! They have name brand stuff instead of just crap. They have things like huge boxes of name brand candy, arizona iced tea, reynolds wrap, blistex chap stick.....This is the only dollar store I go to. I wish this particular one would clean their shopping baskets though. They are disgusting! read more

I called the store to exchange 39.00 worth of graduation stuff I had purchased on 5/21/17 at another store, The associate stated I could exchange it because our party was cancelled. I arrived at the store and the associate was counting my items, I had ten balloons that were not used brand new, the manager evenlyn stated I could not exchange them. I stated that I had the receipt and nowhere did it say on it that balloons would not be exchanged. She stated that she didn't want them.. she was a bitch. Not nice at all. She stated to take them back to the store where I got them. Poor customer service. I used to work retail in day and I know they just pack it to where house or where ever. She was so rude, I packed my stuff and called the Cerritos manager and she said she would exchange them for me. I made a complaint at the corporate office. Don't go to this store.. find a new one that doesn't have a old hag bitch as a manager who states she's the boss.. read more

Came to dollar tree to buy some cleaning supplies as I was on my way of checking out Eileen who was assisting me did not greet me , as she was finishing ringing me up she handed me my receipt so rude as If she did not want to touch me , she did not look at me she did not say have a nice day so I said thank you as i was putting my receipt in my wallet , Katrina who was the manager that night also heard when I told her employee thank you , since she was standing at her register . They both ignored me so once again I said thank you again , they ignore me for the second time .For Katrina to be the manager that was so unprofessional , she should've put Eileen in her place!!!! Disgusting people they have working there !!!!! Very unprofessional !!!!!!!!!! Katrina as a manager should have some more training !!!!!! Again it's dollar tree so I can't expect much !!! sad sad ... this place had alot of cheap stuff, this can get you by, they have variety of munchees, sodas, party favors, balloons, containers, gift wrappers, tupperwares, etc you would be surprised that when you walk in here buying one thing, you end up picking more than what you intended to buy. read more

This review is on two Sales Associate guy and a girl working today late afternoon at 4pm that were more busy talking to each other than helping us out with the gas balloons.Even after Angela approach them at the little office to tell them to help us out with gas balloons since she was busy ringing up customers.Both Associates ignored us the whole time no kidding we were standing there for five minutes and knocking on the office after the second time we knock a girl came out that said 'Nobody told them about us needing help'. Excuse me liar! I was next to Angela when she asked both of you to help us.Whoever the manager is should train those two Associates better and teach them customer service.I gave two star for the cashier Angela she was very Friendly and Attentive with customers and she also was busy with a long line and neither of the other two came to help her.Angela is a valuable employee but I don't think the same about the other two. read more
