Onsite manager comes up to me, at the gate, and tells me I'm trespassing and that she will "let me Leave" this time. She was rude and condescending. I hope the owners read this. She needs a different job elsewhere. She is not representing you well. She could have very easily said "hey it looks like you're getting out of here a few minutes late tonight. Please try to be out a little earlier next time". But she was nothing like that. I'll start looking for a different storage tomorrow.

They raise the rent like 3 times what you paid in beginning. The manager Alberto is a complete…read morebully who is so rude. He would just yell over me so I could not even talk to him. He hung up on the phone with him numerous times. I have no idea why they would have anyone working with the public like that. Bad management. I moved out 2 weeks ago and they never gave me back any money for the days I had left. I rented and paid for 24 hour access online and when the manager Alberto found that he would not honor what they advertised online. Alberto said I could not have it even though I paid the extra price they charged. I am disabled so it takes me a lot longer to do things so I needed that 24 hour access because I have to go rest for a couple hours before I can go back and start again. I explained they should not offer this 24 hour access online unless they offer the same thing. That's a false advertisement. How can you be able to pay for it online and secure your unit just to have this one store take that away from you. I had 3 units there and it cost me 1,000 a month. Believe me you will be sorry with all the price hikes. The only way to keep the same price you rented unit for is to pay 6 months in advance. When that is over they will double the price on you. Most people or a lot of people are there because they are having a bad time in their lives already and can't afford that. They do not care about you. I am going to call and ask for my money back they owe me. If they end up paying me I will write back and let you know. They have told me they would give me my money back for the remainder days. Then I see something online that says you have to give them a 10 to 13 days notice that you are leaving but they don't even give you that many days to be late before charging you. How fair is that? So they plan on taking more of your money when you're not even there which is not legal. I have been back with my friend and they have already rented all my units so they are their making money off of all my old units but still have not given me any money back. They ,by law, are suppose to give you back the money for the days you are not renting anymore. This is why there is a lot of class actions lawsuits against them for price hicks, taking peoples money when they are not there anymore and also for selling people's units before the time was up. People losing all their belongings and family memory's that can never get back. They are suppose to get all paperwork and family pictures out to give you back but they do not and that is a law also. I wrote this to hopefully help someone to not lose their personal things.

Because of theft at another storage facility close by, I was looking for another storage facility in the area. After a long day, I went to visit StorQuest. I had been in contact with them throughout the month and they answered my questions so when I arrived to rent my space I was prepared. Renting was seamless, pleasant and easy. These young ladies were friendly and accommodating, such a different experience than the one I had at Public Storage in Corona. Everything was transparent and on the table, and their courtesy and quality customer service was exactly what I needed after such a long day. It was a place I least expected to be treated kindly, and that's the surprise of it all. No matter what business you're in, the best way to treat a customer is like you would a family member, so big props to Judy and Danielle. It's a good experience I won't forget! Thank you!

However, the indoor unit developed a serious problem involving mice feces and urine. Because of the health and sanitation concerns, I had to remove my belongings as soon as possible. I also filed a claim with Anova regarding damage to my couch, but months have passed and I still have not been contacted. I have also experienced repeated price increases without proper notice. The increases have made it difficult for me to afford the units, and I am now being forced to pay for another month while trying to complete my move. I am 62 years old and cannot afford to hire professional movers. I believe Storelocal should take my circumstances and the condition of the unit into consideration. In addition, the outdoor unit became extremely hot during July and August. For safety reasons, I had to arrive earlier or later in the evening. Although I had no security issues or break-ins, I received several complaints about my arrival and departure times. I believe I should be allowed reasonable access to my belongings, especially when weather conditions made daytime access unsafe and uncomfortable.
