Bargains galore with a smile. We found the people quite friendly and helpful. One of the best bargain places I've been to.

Signs, graphics (right down to the typefaces), taglines (Good Stuff Cheap), and marketing and the approach of the store seem to point to that fact. A lot of the same good and bad features of Building 19 are found here. Material is from distressed suppliers and similar sources, prices are lower than the usual retail, cleanliness is not at a premium, and the store is disorganized. If you can get through that and keep your eye on the bargains, you'll do alright. Don't expect to go here for pampering or for an "experience." Ollie's isn't selling that.

My favorite stores in this center are Van Huesen and the Bass Shoe Outlet. Every time I stop here I leave with bags of merchandise. The building itself is unique with its rustic barn ambiance, and overall the place is kept extremely clean. The bathrooms are industrial but clean, and there is ample parking around the stores. The Outlet Center is also conveniently located off Exit 1, but sometimes getting back on the highway can be a pain if it is during rush hour traffic. Overall this is a great Outlet Center with great stores and deals. It would be nice to see the center continue to have these great stores and possibly expand to other brands in the future.

We have found that it is a great place to shop for seasonal items and home items that we replace every season or year, such as entrance mats, dish towels, gardening maintenance items and the like. All at incredible values. Even the merchandise not on sale is at a price point way lower than most other stores. Also one of the very few large stores where employees will say hello and "may we help you" to assist. Quite commendable.

I am also a kid. I'm a minor, going to the store to buy my mom a candy after her long day at work, and I was told to watch for diabetes and stop eating sugar. The employee made me very uncomfortable, nor did they have any right to talk about my weight or any customers body. of they have nothing kind to say, they shouldn't say it especially in a professional work setting. I will not be returning to this location after this incident, and I will not continue to give them my business.

I don't find a large number of product lines here and certain sections (produce and bakery) really should be much bigger than they are. I understand that the footprint of the store is kind of small, but these are two very basic departments that should have way more in them. Prices are not cheap here, and I have to wonder about this, because Windsor isn't the wealthiest town in Vermont by any means. I will say that the meat and dairy items are always fresh, and there is a respectable selection of non-food items and wine.
