The only thing that was not great was the green beans which were italian style--way over cooked. Other than that, the turkey was so flavorful and not dried out at all. The employee was very friendly and explained different cuts of beef and suggestions on how to prepare it. It was a very laid back store. They stand by the quality of their goods. We have since cooked our meat and were very pleased with the taste and how wonderfully it cooked. They do have both beef and pork options to stock your fridge by buying a full or partial cow or pig. I need to get freezer space before that commitment,

I recently spent two weeks near Tellico Village due to a family situation and frequented this…read moregrocery store several times. Unfortunately, I was consistently disappointed by the poor interpersonal skills of many of the cashiers at checkout. On multiple occasions, I was not greeted at all and felt treated as if I were invisible. One cashier handed me my receipt with a dismissive, "And there you go," without offering a thank you or a smile. While I did encounter two cashiers who were genuinely kind and friendly, the overall pattern was disappointing. I would suggest management re-train front-facing staff on how to greet customers and express professional warmth. Social awkwardness and backwardness can easily be misread by customers as cold, distant behavior.
