Boy was I surprised at the selection and variety of groceries available. The meat department offers fresh meat daily and you can even get meat cut to order as you wait. The produce is fresh and at better prices than the bigger stores. Since my first visit I have been shopping here for several reasons; the convenience of location to my home, fresh meat and produce, the reasonable prices on all items in store and the friendly down home feel of the store.

He took us on a guided tour of his facility. We got to see the hams in the process of curing and the storage rooms. Also got to see the staff processing bacon and packaging it.
