They do have a larger selection but very few in natural materials which is what I wanted. The wool rugs were mostly sold out. Shelves were very difficult to wade through. The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.

When the ideas seem to much to handle and you go inside for a break, you are confronted with a whole new realm of possibilities. The seasons or the whim of the store owner can change just as quick inside as outside. Christmas of course is the most magical time in the shop, but the magic changes frequently through out the year. The owner a well reputable designer is foremost an artist and her store is her art studio. It is alway changing with the most incredible articles of design and imagination. I some times just go to be inspired. Her staff are as infectious as she is and is always ready to help you in your next project. Left us to roam around on our own and said he would be in the main aisle if we had questions. They have a lot of merchandise from high end to budget. Ended up buying a set and overall very happy with the experience. The people delivering the set were awesome. As they moved a dresser a couple of times to let us decide where it should go, left the place spotless, asked if they wanted them or us to remove the tags.

They were listed online as "in stock." I texted to make sure they were in stock and was assured they were. They told me the price which was $10 more than the listed price. First red flag, but not a deal breaker. Went to the store and saw the chairs in person, asked to purchase four. The salesperson said they were "in the warehouse" and he'd "have to check if the owner will break up the set." The set? They are listed as single chairs. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. Furniture quality is meh, I'll stick to Ethan Allen. We don't mind ordering and waiting. We do mind inquiring and being told misinformation to get us to drive to the store. Our time is valuable too!

We were simply told they are not upholsters and that is the way it is. We also discovered the chairs were not new and ordered as indicated. They were chairs used on their floor room and had multiple nicks and dings that were touched up. The magic marker coverup wore off after a month. Be careful in dealing with these people.
