I appreciated that…read morethe salesman gave us room to browse without pressure--he was available whenever we had a question, but never hovered. It felt like we had the space to really think it through. One of the sofas I had my heart set on was more expensive, and honestly, I was leaning that way. But when we returned the next day, we ended up choosing the less expensive one because of how the sun hits that part of our home. It was refreshing to feel like our best interest came first--not the sale. That kind of honesty stood out to me. And I'm genuinely glad we chose the one we did. It looks beautiful in the room and fits like it was made for the space. Their prices were very reasonable, and the bonus? Our new sofa was delivered that same afternoon. For a small fee, they also hauled away our old one. The delivery men were professional and place the sofa. The whole experience was pleasant, professional, and just easy. I highly recommend stopping by--even if you're just browsing, you may find exactly what you didn't know you were looking for.

I have shopped with Greer's for many years and they are the best place in Loudon to find home furnishings. Bo and his staff are courteous, polite, and very helpful in finding just what you need. They can order different colors and fabrics, and have many styles on the showroom floor. They offer in-home delivery and show up when they say they will, with calls beforehand to re-verify. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Bo Carey is also a strong supporter of the City of Loudon and also conducts historical tours of Downtown Loudon, Steekee Cemetery, and historic homes in the area. They were listed online as "in stock." I texted to make sure they were in stock and was assured they were. They told me the price which was $10 more than the listed price. First red flag, but not a deal breaker. Went to the store and saw the chairs in person, asked to purchase four. The salesperson said they were "in the warehouse" and he'd "have to check if the owner will break up the set." The set? They are listed as single chairs. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. Furniture quality is meh, I'll stick to Ethan Allen. We don't mind ordering and waiting. We do mind inquiring and being told misinformation to get us to drive to the store. Our time is valuable too!
