Not happening. To clarify, it wasn't just a few items floating around in the wrong spot. It was just a disorienting mess. I don't know if they just gave up on trying to keep it organized or what but most moms don't have the time to spend an hour digging through a bunch of irrelevant clothing. Went to Old Navy instead and found some cute kid shirts for $3 on sale.

The shelves were adequately stocked. I walked around, not knowing what I wanted, and found a few very good items. They have an exceptional toy area. They also have a really good area for our fur-babies. Brand name items can be found here at low prices. They have a men's section and a woman's section and a toy section and a household section. It's a big store. The line was long to check out, but the checkers were doing a good job and I got through the line easily My checker was very kind and considerate. I truly appreciate good customer service. They have a credit card that one can get and get a discount on their first purchase.

I am not sure if they still have the rewards system like they did (I earned $ rewards to use for certain $ amount you spend). There's a large shoe section, with a good focus on children's shoes. I noted a large accessories department with name brand handbag designers. However both times I've visited the store, the handbags were fairly disorganized. Also, and I'm not sure why I was surprised, there was a section with linens, pet items, luggage, and other typical department store sections. They were exceptionally small, but being the Rack and not the main branch, it makes sense.

I don't know how a manager or any employee does not see this and get the proper person to take care of it. I told a couple of employees about the overflowing can on Saturday, May 1, around noon. Also this same day, same time, the women's bathroom was filthy. Papers on the floor, unflushed, smelly. Why does no employee see either of these things and do something about it?

May need to open a second Target :) because Georgetown is just going to continue to grow and this location is far outgrown. Anywho, I'm still going to shop here but the women's clothing section and shoe section gives me too too much anxiety, So I'll just do that online

She looked over at us (parked in front of the tire bay), smirked and walked with the gentleman to his vehicle. While waiting, another vehicle pulls up and she looks at us and blatantly ignored us. She started assisting the new driver. I got out of my vehicle, walked past her, into the building. I spoke with Garrett and requested the manager. He came quickly. I explained my situation and concerns. He assured me that I would be taken care of and immediately. He found my tires and got us started. (Carlos, the manager) He even took our groceries out to the car. He made sure that we were getting better customer service. While speaking to the manager, Carlos, Lindsay walked to my vehicle and addressed my family. She stated that it was a 2-3 hour wait and someone else was in front of us. Family stated that we will go elsewhere. She said: suit yourself and left. She told her manager that we would have to wait. There is a walk-in in front of us. The audacity. Again, if I didn't NEED my tires today, we would've left. So grateful for Mr. Carlos! That's why I gave them a 4.

It's hard to shop when things are so out of order. On a positive note, there is an abundance of inventory to shop. But on a not so positive note, It's extremely ill organized. The checkout line gets extremely long, with 2 to 3 registers open. But meanwhile, there will be staff up front not working registers. The store needs a major organization rehaul. The inventory presentation is a mess. Also, The manager needs to balance store traffic and register support, maintaining a line that flows without getting backed up into the store. I would imagine that sales would increase if people could actually see and find what they want to buy in an orderly merchandised store.
