The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.

As for media, Blu-Rays are over-priced, although I have found some interesting titles in there that I have not seen anywhere else, for instance promotial releases that were never made available to the general public, like films that were produced by Netflix or Amazon. Those ARE worth the asking price for sure. AS for cd's, I have had better experiences, but prices are in the $2-4 range, which is, depending on what you find, expensive.
