I asked if there was a dressing room that I could try on a couple of pairs of capris. Was told I had to buy them first, then I could use the bathroom to try them on. I never heard of a store that made you purchase clothing before trying it on. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. So, I put the capris back. Then got some underwear off the rack only to be told at the register that they couldn't sell it to me because the set up person forgot to leave the tool to remove the tamper proof safety tab on the wrapping. So I asked the girl why they had the merchandise on the rack if they couldn't sell it? She just shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't know. I just work here" I asked if there was any avenue for customer feedback to the company. She said no...so lesson learned, SHOP LOCALLY OWNED STORES!
