I told the cashier this, instead of her telling me "let me help You with this" She asked if I had the digital coupon? I just walked out. I'm done. That is the last time I ever cross a path with a Save Mart market I will drive out of my way to go to another.

Its always nice inside from what I've always experienced people are helpful and friendly and I've never had to wait in line for an extended period of time, everything is pretty easy to find and the store is always clean and open and bright. I always enjoy my trips to Trader Joe's, they also make it easy if my item is out of stock to make sure I have a way to get it in the future. I was told to call ahead and they will reserve the item for me for the day I plan to come by (since I live out of town) and to make sure the item is in stock.

They have a nice bakery, hot food section, deli, salad bar, wine bar, and meat/fish counter. There is a huge gourmet cheese selection - literally any cheese you may want (cow's milk, goat, sheep) from nearly any country, they seem to have it! They often offer samples (if I remember correctly, if you want to try a particular cheese, they will give you a sample of it)! There are soups, sandwiches, salads, and other hot foods like mac n cheese. The quality of the meats is great! Everything is very fresh and well-maintained. The produce is very fresh too! Although many of these products are higher-priced, their other grocery items (i.e. canned/boxed/bottled/frozen foods) are much surprisingly cheaper than other grocery stores. The store is consistently clean and organized. The store hasn't been updated/remodeled but it still has a timeless design that looks very neat. The staff members are very friendly and will quickly help you whenever needed. The store is never busy and you will rarely have to wait in line. The deli counter no longer slices any deli meats to order. Everything now is prepackaged and in predetermined amounts. Some items are not available at all. The checkout lines can be extremely long so, I often used the self checkout, but now the staff has been instructed to count your items and if you have more than 15 items then you are banished to stand in the regular checkout line where there are not enough cashiers. These lines can have 6 or 7 full grocery carts in front of you and where as I only have 16 items. Also, you are not allowed to buy a turkey or ham at self checkout or you will be told to go stand in a line. This is a new change and makes it very inconvenient for the customer. Today, they blocked the store entrance with shopping carts placed sideways with a traffic cone In front. I asked an employee where I could get a cart and was told to remove one from entrance and to move the cone. These carts were in sideways Inbetween the automatic doors and not easy to take apart and not only that, but aren't I the customer? The employee seemed to think I worked there and made no attempt to help me. I then asked if I could come in through the entrance and she told me " No, that's why I blocked the entrance." Very poor customer service and it's a shame because both my husband and I used to enjoy shopping here.
