What I have a much bigger problem with is a grown adult man following my barely-18-year-old sister out of the store and into the parking lot to photograph her without identifying himself or stating any concern to her face. That is not loss prevention. That is just a grown man following a young girl to her car. If there was a genuine concern, the time to address it was at the door. I…read morerequested a small coffee in a large cup with heavy cream on the side as Emily was taking my order another customer service person was in the back who was changing the garbage bags grab the cup and proceeded to get the coffee without taking her gloves off or washing her hands I expressed my concern with what I just witnessed and I explained that I did not want that coffee the young lady who was changing the garbage began to defend herself saying she was just changing the bag. This to me was disgusting. Emily immediately recognized as I looked at her and said I don't want that and she says you know what I'll take care of you and did she take care of me she took time while there was a line and made the coffee fresh and made the order correct in any other items that I needed was able to fulfill the order that I had placed. Her level of customer service should be recognized and I just wanted to say thank you to her for supporting me. No one knows what people are going through in their lives especially when it pertains to health and that simple gesture was absolutely everything that I needed.
