I mentioned to a manager that all the plants on display - orchids, and various flowering plants - were in dire need of water. They were light and dry. The expression the manager delivered was dismissive at best. I saw at least three manager types just standing around. The store was not so busy due to the weather and time. Is there so little proprietary concern from FL employees, whatever their status, that they can stand around ignoring a simple maintenance procedure? This is a profligate waste in a town that could use an example of caring for nature and its resources. Salisbury, MD.

I wondered around a bit grabbing a few items. Then I was getting frustrated and went to find the general directory that most of these stores have. I then made my way to the self checkouts to get myself out of the store. There was a bit of the line but it moved fairly quickly. With all my items secured and paid for I made my way back outside to continue my day.

The place is a general store with camping and hunting gear and probably the last spot you'd expect for awesome food. I also ordered beach/boardwalk fries and those were pretty legit. All in all, it was a cheap and very satisfying meal. I can't wait to come back to try their fried pickles too.
