It's a sensitive topic as this is a medical diagnosis, there is no cure and the disease progresses as she ages. She is still young appearing, but the diagnosis does affect her ability to see distances. The balloons are in an awkward location, off to the side of the registers and up high. My mother went in to purchase balloons for a birthday and patiently waited in line. She was able to point and say "I'd like the purple flower, second from the left on the top row" the employee stated "what's the number?" My mom then told her, "I'm sorry, I have low vision. I can't make out the number. It's the purple flower" and the employee snapped back, saying "you can't read or something? Don't you have glasses!?" The employee's sharp attitude garnered the attention of other guests in the store, prompting another customer to ask if everything was okay. The employee then yelled at the customer checking in, saying "we only have 2 employees in the store! If you don't like it, leave!" My mom was able to get her balloons after another customer helped her read the number she needed. Again, nobody had any problems waiting for balloons. Everyone was patiently waiting in line. My mother has a disability, she cannot see well. Frankly, she shouldn't have to disclose her medical diagnosis to the cashier of the store. She politely pointed to the balloon and described the location and type she wanted.... the lack of compassion and general lack of customer service was very upsetting. My mother left the store in tears, completely embarrassed. I work in retail too. Almost everywhere is short staffed, I get it. Some days are really difficult. But singling someone out because of their medical condition and yelling at customers is wildly inappropriate. I know it's "just the dollar store," but kindness and understanding of those with disabilities is just basic human decency.

While in Rehoboth Beach Delaware I discovered my favorite store and purchased a wonderful silk purple blouse, a sexy sun dress , scented soap , and roll-on perfume No. 3. All side-walk $40-50 % off sale items too! The stores are open air friendly, neat and they always hire the best staff with incredible salesmanship qualities. Kudos to management for their professionalism in finding great retail talent. This location had two floors.

I went online today to order it and they are charging me $9.99 for shipping. So I contact EddieBauer.com customer service to inquire about a shipping consideration and they told me that I should have the rep place the order for me in store so that I can get free shipping. I'm now 227 miles away, so that is not possible. Store managers should properly train their employees to suggest that they place the order so as to save shipping costs. This is frustrating to learn that they could have saved me money, but either were too lazy or poorly trained. Also the store itself needs a little TLC. It's dark, has a funky odor and looks very dated. You won't survive like this, and it's a shame.

The company who makes the bags is from London. All kinds of sizes and unique designs! One of the ladies who worked there explained the company and the different designs. The Lewes Blooming Boutique had a bigger selection of this line (Vendula). I went to the Lewes Blooming Boutique and they did have a bigger selection of these cute bags. The owner was there and she told me the bag I was interested in would be arriving at her Lewes store in the next week . I gave them my contact information and they called me the following week to tell me the bag I was interested in had come in! The owner, the people who work at both Longneck and the Lewes store are all helpful and kind. I love shopping local and enjoy great customer service. I'm enjoying my fun bag and recommend this boutique!

It's best to visit off season, if possible, as they get VERY busy during peak season. They have ample parking, so you can usually find a spot pretty easily, but the stores may be busy and you may have to wait for help. One thing you need to do is to download the TANGER APP for extra discounts on top of the discounts offered at the outlet shops. Always a lot a savings to be had on a shopping trip here.

This is the second…read moretime I had to deal with the nasty ,rude guys that work in back where you drop off the items. Last week I took a bunch of stuff there ,I was in line. Got out of my truck to only move the stuff towards the back of my truck ,so I could get it out when it was my turn. The Indian looking guy with long hair got smart with me and said next time wait your turn ,I said I am not even doing anything but moving things to back of my truck. He then grabs my things and throws it in the cart. I told him he was rude and I would not be coming back again. They need to train these people to rescept the customers. Like I said this isn't the first time this has happened. Don't waste your time coming here. There are tons of other places who are grateful and helpful that you are bringing items to them.

I was told By one of the salespeople - who had waited on me the other day! - that I could not have one until I was ready to leave the store because people had been known to steal with them. This was embarrassing in front of other customers and somewhat offensive to boot. Then I called the Manager and she said that is our policy. A paper bag? If they can't figure that out how can they make me buy another thing from them. Terrrrible experience.
