Visited the Tanger Outlet stores this past weekend. Purchased from a few stores. Wasn't impress by much of their selections. For example and Crocs & Vans stores did not have much selection to choose from and size 11 male shoes were so hard to find. Most of their selections look like items they couldn't sell in regular stores and try selling at the outlets for the same price. They offered 20% off if you buy a second item. We barely found a "first" shoe nice enough to buy. Perfumania was also wayyy overpriced in their selection. read more

This is most certainly the BEST shopping opportunity in Delaware. Take for example, Dover city the capital, which has just 1 mall with extremely subpar stores. So, yes, this Tanger mall is a breathe of fresh air. However, they have stores just like any other outlet malls. But here's the problem: 1. Price - most stores here are not giving actual sales, they are overpriced compared to what is on their website and then give sales, which the price comes down to the same level as non-outlet, but better versions are sold in stores. true for Tory burch, Kate Spade etc. 2. Selection - poor. The locations in this mall are not carrying the better designs the normal stores have. I am comparing the ones in Virginia for example. But if you happen to be in Rehoboth, it is very convenient they are there. Makes the beach city even more attractive. Not having sales tax is very attractive too! read more

I think I'm done going to outlets. Gave up on the Deer Park outlet and these in Delaware too. Too tiring. All the stores are split into 3 different shopping centers. Ridiculous artificial outrageously high prices on stuff made in sweat shops overseas with fake sales (and its still too high even 50% off) and almost nothing that i see I like. All the stores had the same boring clothes. Even Eddie Bauer which I used to buy alot of clothes from, doesn't have anything nice anymore. Shopping online has gotten easier and I can actually find clothes for that I like. I miss the great department stores of the past... read more

I always liked it here. They still have a lot of stores open. It's the winter ( end of January), less tourist, and zero crowds. They still are running good sales 30-40% off, and they all seem to have a good inventory. They even have an Auntie Anne's pretzel trailer open in the parking lot. That's located in the lot with Timberland, Skechers, and Asics. read more

We are here on vacation ... and love the outlets! We've already been in Under Armour, Crocs, Columbia and still have many more to visit! The tax free shopping is great and great selections. The separation isn't bad. Each group has enough to look at for the day and do a different section on another day. Don't try and do it all at once. Spread it out and enjoy the shopping! read more

Yes, we have Tanger in NY (two on LI, in fact!) but there's something even better about zero sales tax and that's something we don't have. So it all works out that a good friend lives 15 minutes from these outlets and during weekend trips to Delaware this is where we usually end up at some point. Three separate Tangers all along route 1 (you will need a car). Plenty of parking at each. Stores are massive and make the Tanger in Deer Park look like a boutique. Tons and tons of name brands to choose from. Most, if not all, are marked down in price with another discount on top of that. Being born and bred New Yorkers we found ourselves in the North Face outlet where we got 50% off each item. Nike outlet? Same deal. Definitely an easy way to blow some cash if you're in the area and love paying what the tag says without figuring out the sales tax. read more

Well - stopped here while in the area for a basketball tournament. The most annoying part of this is the fact there are two locations about a mile away from each other that is very confusing. So - if you aren't aware of this fact, you miss out on the other part of the other location. Also, like the Ocean City Tanger Outlets- these are basically a strip mall- and aren't on their own as many of these types of outlets are. There are a variety of shops from Polo, Lucky, North Face, Hollister, Brooks Bros, etc. However, there's no food court. There is an Applebee's right next door and a Chipotle located inside the parking lot of the second location place. I think it was a good place to shop- the issues were mainly that I nearly missed out on shopping Bc of the though that there was only one cluster of stores and place to go. read more

Really awesome shopping center! I love the layout and how every store you want to go to is close together and if not, it's easy to find. Tanger Outlets is a popular outlet that is located in several locations, even one nearby my home. I found this quite convenient and increases the likeliness for me to shop here. They have a good mix of stores, not only of high end stores like Coach, Michael Kors, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, and etc. Also many other fashion stores that would appeal to the younger crowd like Pac Sun, Zumiez, Forever 21, H&M, and so on. Then there are stores that are mom-friendly such as Lucky Brand Jeans, LOFT, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, and so many more for all audiences, dads, uncles, granddads, kids, preteens, your baby nephew, whoever. I especially love the outlet prices and the accessibility of these stores. The Nike Factory and Old Navy are great! So what's not to love about Tanger? The only thing I wish they had was a food court because y'all who love shopping know, it's a freaking sport. After a long day of hustling and bustling for the best deals, carrying around heavy bags of clothing, anyone could use a snack! read more

A lot of stores, definitely good variety. Some big name brand stores lacked big time compared to other locations i.e. nike, under armor but they are not empty shelves for sure. Just be aware you might or might not find what you're looking for. Happy empty pockets! read more

Went in to buy my daughter and grand kids some things. Staff was very efficient and friendly. place was clean and social distancing was being enforced as well as mask usage. Sales and prices were amazing as well. Only wish they had more merchandise. downfall to covid i guess. read more

They have a good variety of stores, but a lot of the stores were not that clean. Most of the stores looked like the inside of a garage, which made it a very underwhelming experience. But, this part of the mall has the good stores like Zales, Aeropostale, Old Navy, Nike, and more. Certain m stores though seemed pricey for an outlet, but sold enough clothing to keep me preoccupied to buy stuff. However, this would not be the first outlet I would go to save money. read more

Outlets are always a good way to shop. These setup was a lot different with it's three different unit spread along the highway. Good shopping options! Very nice to find a Sperry outlet as well. read more

So many, many, many, many stores to choose from that are located over about a two mile stretch. Please, please, I employ you to exercise caution navigating through these areas during the peak season, as many drivers are not familiar with the area, traffic patterns, etc. Happy spending and consumerism. read more

Outlet sales and pricing, no taxes, what else can you ask for?! We came in December to visit some friends and as promised (by them) this outlet did not disappoint. I've been to many outlets and there is a charm about this place. Maybe it was the holidays, but there were so many great sales going on. And no taxes?! Sign me up! I was very sad I had to go home. I love Midway Tanger Outlets the best of all three Tanger Outlet Centers in Rehoboth. The easy, U-Shaped configuration makes it very easy to park and navigate the entire Midway, without moving the car. I must admit, having been to Rehoboth's Tanger Outlets only on a bus trip to the beach made it impossible to see all parts of the outlets in the short time allowed. Midway was not recommended by our tour group - "there's nothing there we want" -- !! "Getting there from Seaside or Bayside is not easy if you are not driving." Midway has the upscale Outlet Stores I normally crave outlet prices from, and they did not disappoint on this trip. The Labor Day Sales, the extra percentages off given by most stores, and the "free Wi-Fi " make this the most desireable of all 3 Tanger Outlet Malls in Rehoboth Beach. Get a Map from the Shopper Services kiosk and study it over coffee to make sure you know where you are going. read more

Tons of places to choose from and really enjoyed the fact that there was an Abercrombie outlet as well as no sales tax in Delaware! That being said, I did find it to be somewhat of a hassle having to go between three different places to go through the whole outlets. Made it very confusing to know what is where, and trying to navigate this with traffic on Coastal Highway was a little bit of a nuisance. For next time, I'll know the two closest to where the beachfront exit off the highway is are where everything I wanted was, and won't have to go all the way up to the third one unless something new comes. read more

The best outlet mall around!!!!! I have been to quite a few of these outlets, but Tangier is the best. They have all of the top name brand stores at the outlets (especially at this location). In Delaware, you will NOT pay taxes!!!! Therefore, this is the best place to go shopping. This is the best place to do your holiday shopping and etc..... Happy Shopping!!!!! read more

I always try to get over to the Midway Tanger outlets when I'm in Delaware. It's the easiest of the three Tanger outlets to park at because of the U shaped building. I like Rack Room Shoes, Under Armour (which is in the adjacent group of stores called Bayside), White House/Black Market, Lucky Jeans, Talbots, Ann Taylor Loft, Skechers and the book store (can't remember the name of it). A great place to get good deals and a fun place to be when you're not at the beach. After the outlets we always stop at The Fractured Prune which is a few miles south on Route 1, for donuts (see my review on that place). It gets 3 stars because there isn't a restaurant or place to have lunch in this strip of outlets. The food court doesn't look too great and doesn't count as an option, especially when there are 100 other restaurants in Rehoboth Beach or nearby Lewes. read more

Every time I head down to Rehoboth I hit up these outlets. The deals are always great and everything is tax free! It's weird how there are three separate outlets but each has at least 3 stores I like. You do have to watch prices because the deals aren't always so great but if you can hit your stores at the right time you can save a lot. Ahhhh now I want to shop! read more

If I could give them a lower score I would. My family bought the coupon book to the tanger outlet and when we tried to use them at the stores we were treated with disrespect and as some of the store workers would say "cheap." Most of the stores said they wouldn't take the coupon for one reason or another. BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! We bought the book because it was advertised everywhere and thought it would be nice to get some summer shopping done. I have never been treated to horribly in my life. read more

I knew the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth were bigger than Ocean City, but I didn't think that meant they were located in 3 different areas. After basically stumbling upon the Seaside Outlets, I got a map to figure out that most of the stores I wanted to be at were at Midway. While at Midway I went to the Coach outlet, Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, G.H. Bass, Kirkland's, and White House Black Market. All of them had pretty good deals going on, even though their selection wasn't the greatest in my opinion. That's purely on a matter of taste, not that they had low stock. This was much easier to navigate than the Seaside Outlet as well. They had some construction going on, which made it a bit difficult to navigate a wheel chair, but we managed. Hopefully when they're done with the construction it won't feel like such a beat up strip mall with high-end stores. read more

I love to be under dressed and go to a high end store such as Michael Kors outlet in Rehobeth Delaware. My sister and I went this weekend for a watch she wanted. Our sales associate walked out several times from us while we had three choices to choose from. She left with three watches on the table?! We finally picked one and the associate pronounced how much it was. I kinda had the feeling that she felt we couldn't afford it. I always come here to shop for clothes/shoes for a good deal! Some argue that the quality is not the same as mall quality clothing, but I think it depends... There are higher end (with good quality) clothes/goods that are worth buying on a discount! They are located nearby Delaware's beach- so a great place to stop by before or after hanging out at the beach :) I will continue to come here when I can! read more

My fave center. The most upscale in my opinion. Coach, coach men, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley's bass, bare essentials etc. very small/limited food choice. The bathrooms and customer service coupon books are in the left corner if facing stores from street. I like the U shape of this one and the adequate parking. It's the easiest of the 3 to park at and navigate. You can basically see everything from wherever you are by looking across parking lot etc. if only tanger did every outlet this way!!! Very clean. I've always visited the Tanger outlets in Rehoboth Beach and was pleased with prior purchases. My last visit I cannot say the same. I purchased a rose gold chain at the Kay jewelers outlet which they stated was $699 and with the 70% off outlet price it was $499.00. Well when I came home I happened to look at the website and see the same chain priced at $369.00 as the regular price. Be warned! They double the price only to turn around and say they are giving you 70% off and even still charging more the you would pay in the retail stores. I will not be shopping Kays again. read more
