A short time later the owner called and offered to make it right, which we appreciated. I attempted to update my original review to reflect that resolution, but found that I had been blocked from the store's Facebook page and could no longer access my review. We were referred here to purchase some Kalamazoo coffee beans. They had a large variety of beans, ground coffee and K- cups. One of my favorite features was the bulk bin area. I was able to scoop out any amount of beans, rather than being stuck with a pre-packaged size. The store was clean, well layed out and staff were very nice.

Their meat selection is a bit hit-or-miss and subject to change, but it's good overall. There's alsways the rushed feeling at the cash register--you sure can't say the cashiers are slow. They're usually hyper enough to make me nervous, but I guess that's a good problem to have. The cashier, while checking out the people in front of me kept repeated a dollar amount figure in thousands, $10.50 was stated at $10,050.00 due Then while standing there a customer walked up to inform them that their bottle/can return was full. She made a derogatory remark saying; how do you know it's full, can't you read.. "it says do not open, ask staff for help." The guy looked baffled and indicated there was a guy back there that showed him it was full on the screen, as well as the door had been opened by the guy using the bottle return. Then she stopped checking people out and made incendiary comments about the man that just informed her it was full. Not professional or relational, just plain mean and nasty! The people behind me, and in front of me in line ALL commented that this is normal for this location? Everyone has shopping choices, my sister that lives down the street indicated that's the norm for this Harding's staff.
