Kohls no matter where you go are always the same. And I love kohls I just wish the management and store managers would do something about how messy they ALWAYS are. No matter where you go they are always a disaster on the sales floor. Employ people throughout the day who's main job is to clean crap up in a certain department. Overall I've found more stuff in this kohls then the one on westnage. Less people easy to get to. read more

It doesn't seem right that I came to Kohl's instead of Meijer's Thrifty Acres here in Western Michigan, I'm usually a When In Rome kind of guy. But both Meijer and Kohl's are suffering from being short handed, and I have a Kohl's credit card and some Kohl's cash. It's a bit messy because it's a couple days before Christmas and a storm is coming and they have about half the workers they need. The ones that are working are doing a great job, and the prices are very good for the quality and I needed these gloves and socks, and I wanted the pajamas. Did you know that pajamas were invented in India? It's a Sanskrit word. If pajamas aren't civilization, then I don't know what is. I seem to have digressed. Kohl's is okay. read more

This store is so on top of returns! Did you know you can also return amazon purchases here -there's a separate Amazon return station at the back of the store. At the main return desk, all employees were very hygienic, constantly wiping down surfaces. A+++++ read more

I had to return an outfit I purchased online. Went in and was taken care of immediately. The young man at the service counter was friendly and helpful. I was able to make my return and then proceeded to shop around. The store displays were a bit messy and disorganized; some sections were almost completely empty but I was able to find the jeans I needed for work as well as a new pair of Sketchers. I was confused as where to check out but the same young man that helped me with my return was able to also check us out. He was great! read more

I visited the store two weeks ago and it was my third and final time going there. It was a complete mess. Clothes were disorganized and thrown on th ground. I saw a nice display but when I approached the area the items that were on display were not to be found. I asked two employees for help and they just responded as they didn't know where the items were and they were too busy to help look. read more

Kohl's on West Main is a bit smaller and has a few less items than the larger store on Westnedge, but they still have the sales that Kohl's is known for. My best tip is to never buy anything here that isn't on sale or marked down. If it isn't on sale, it will be next week, so hold on for a cotton pickin minute and save a few dollars. read more

I went in to Kohl's for one thing, a small backpack. After looking for a few minuets and almost giving up, I fell in love with this bag, but it was $50! Luckily it was on sale so I decided to go with it. At checkout the line was pretty long and moving a tad slow. Fortunately i'm a patient person. We get up to cashier, Joyce. Immediately we were greeted with a huge grin. Not only did Joyce give us a small discount for waiting in the long line but gave me an additional discount because I could not access my mom's Kohl's charge card. Kohl's - hmm. In store there services r great however staff isn't on same page with there yes points. Online services different. I'm not a big shopper but spend most my $$ around holidays. Everytime I try to order online they screw up so I quit ordering that way for awhile, well attempted again finally was able to get one to go thru however no points applied with my order so I emailed them asking why & they cancelled my order. I was at Kohls on west main with my mother shopping for a church dress today and we didn't realise the line had an entrance and exit and the man there was so rude I will NOT return. They really need to work on their customer service. read more

Bought two pair of Levi's jeans at Kohl's about two months ago. Both jeans seem to be really low quality and don't seem to be anywhere close to as durable as they should be. I'm not sure if Levi's quality has just fallen off a cliff or if Kohl's is selling bootlegs or "seconds", but I know that I'm not interested in experimenting any further with them and Levi's and I will not be returning to Kohl's to buy anything that isn't priced "cheap". read more

This is one of the best Kohl's stores I've been in- organized, clean, spacious, large inventory, helpful staff, and conveniently located. Unlike the other Kohl's in town, this one is not likely to induce a claustrophobic breakdown!!! read more

I can't imagine that anyone would not love Kohl's. The prices are awesome and the clothes quality is great. I really like the LC collection and some of J Lo's is nice as well. It is a great pick for the whole family. I like the new set up of the store as well. I spend a big chunk of my pay checks at this store consistently. read more

Kohls on West Main in Kalamazoo has great prices and deals everyday but has super great sales on Friday nights. What a fun thing to do after a long work week, go to Kohls and get a great deal! The staff is friendly and helpful and I always find something. Also, their coupons make it an even better deal. Great store and location! read more

It's a great store, but the temperature inside is always too hot, regardless of the temperature outside. I would shop here more often and would spend more time in the store, but I usually leave early because I get too uncomfortable. read more
