Called me a bitch in front of customers I might add because I told her that if she didn't like her job, she needed to quit because she had a bad attitude from the minute I entered the store and asked questions as if it was an inconvenience to her because she was the only one there I was super uncomfortable and then when I called her out, she tried to trespass me from the store. lol I said on what grounds because I won't put up with disrespect from an employee at the dollar store ? She said you're just mad because I wouldn't blow up balloons for you. That's literally her job is to blow up balloons for me and I asked her how many there were that were blown up recently and she got an attitude and said that she was the only one in the store and couldn't do anything Obviously, I'm reporting her to corporate that's why I have this photo somebody needs to humble this woman I hope corporate sees this and does something about it I definitely won't be returning anytime soon unless she is removed from the store. As someone who works in Customer Service and I've dealt with a lot of different people I would never call someone a bitch especially someone who is in a management position. I called the Dollar Tree on Biddle rd asking for a phone number so I could contact a district manager and explained what had happened and how rudely this customer was treated and the rage that I witnessed but that was 2 hours ago and I have not heard back. The manager of this location should definitely not be in a management position and should be placed in anger management classes Never in my life have I seen a customer treated so badly . If I lived, I would stop in from time to time as some of the household items looked very useful. The prices are very very affordable.
