Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. Once the parts came back, James and Joe from the service deapartment came to my house, disassembled the chair took it back to their shop and returned it in a few hours. I was blown away by their professionalism and prompt service. My chair looks and operates like new. Thanks again, Bob

The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

Since the new owner has taken over 2 years ago its gone down hill . Shouldn't even be named fit for…read morea queen anymore. The new owner doesn't even know how to run a consignment store. You never know when it will be open since she just works when she wants to. Expects people to shop with the lights off because she doesn't want to pay the power bill. Took a great business and it's name and ruined it. She will preach to you about how well her 3 stores are doing and how she is southern oregons first plus size model. Tries to hard to sell herself to her customers all of her grand plans. Maybe focus on 1 store so you don't have 3 that are failures.

For the ladies who post these negative reviews about the new owner and her daughter. You ladies…read morehave no idea what this team does to go out of their way to keep that store open. 1) The owners daughter is a SENIOR in high school & happens to play a varsity sport - so as being a mother you'd expect her to go show support for her kid, and for you mothers bashing her that is simply pitiful. If her kid didn't have a sport you'd know full well she'd be at that shop, but by all means if you want the store open why not apply for a job there ? 2) Those of you who complain that she had no checks, I was in there a time and there was 5-6 consignors all getting checks and one of those ladies happened to get the last check, as you know checks can take up to 3 weeks to order depending on the bank - so it's NOT her fault and shame on you for bashing her for something out of her control. 3) Those of you saying the "prices" are too high, the make offer/bundle buy is the nicest thing on this planet. It was my birthday & I went in there just to look and no intention of buying, the owner with her daughter had told me happy birthday, given me 3 bags of clothing and a nice new purse for my birthday. If you were a little nicer to them they probably would kill you with kindness- They have a free Rack of clothing that is constantly giving to EVERYONE. 4) Those of you who complain about how the store is RUN, it's not their fault that they had to learn from scratch how to run it. I give a thumbs up to the daughter who took time/effort to try and learn the POS system; elucidate those who worked there to use it. To top it all off, I was in there one time when this lady flat came in was so Rude to the owners daughter and made her cry afterwards because she was like some of you. If some of you ladies are truly negative towards the store then maybe the store will be better off if you never step foot in it again.

I wish I could give a warning label instead of a star rating for my experience with Almighty…read moreMovers. I truly hope this review helps another family avoid what happened to us. We hired Almighty Movers for a confirmed move on November 22, 2025. The owner, Justin, personally confirmed the night before at 4:50 p.m. that a 4-man crew would arrive between 8:00-8:30 a.m. the next morning. He knew from my earlier email on November 13 that we had only three days to complete our move after our home closed on November 19, and that we had to be out that day to meet a strict contractual deadline. There was no flexibility at all, and he accepted the job with full understanding of this. One hour before the scheduled arrival time, I received a text from Justin that said: "Move will need to be postponed until Sunday. Hope that's okay." There was no phone call, just a text. I called immediately because postponing was not possible. He did not answer. I texted back explaining we had a hard deadline and needed the crew that morning. He replied briefly that he was "on it" and trying to find a smaller crew. That was the last communication I received. He did not return my call. He did not provide an update. No one ever arrived. At 10 a.m., after receiving no information at all, I asked for my deposit back. It was refunded through Venmo, but I received no message confirming the refund or acknowledging the situation. Communication simply ended. Because the cancellation happened with only one hour's notice, and because the company was fully aware of our immovable timeline, my husband and I were forced to complete the entire move ourselves -- including all packing, furniture, boxes, and garage/outdoor items. This was roughly 36 hours of professional labor we had to replace in a single day. I have lupus, and the physical strain triggered a severe flare. I was unable to work the following Monday, resulting in lost wages, along with significant physical pain and stress. The entire reason we hired movers and were willing to pay the $2,500 price tag, was because of my health limitations, and being abandoned like this caused us tremendous hardship. On November 25, I emailed the company with a detailed description of what happened and offered 14 days for a reasonable resolution. I received no response of any kind. I have since learned through the Oregon Department of Justice website that this is not the company's first complaint, something I truly wish I had known before hiring them. As someone who has worked in real estate, I understand how critical reliability is during a move, and I have notified colleagues so they can help protect their clients. I cannot imagine this happening to an elderly couple or someone without the physical ability to complete an entire move alone. I have filed formal complaints with: * Oregon Department of Justice * ODOT Household Goods Movers Enforcement * FMCSA * BBB My hope is that sharing my experience prevents another family -- especially someone medically vulnerable -- from going through what we endured.

I'm coming back to update my review because of the result.of the move. Alicia is a tetris master. I…read moredrove from Medford Oregon to Huntington Beach, CA and NOTHING shifted during the move. That is amazing.
