Great experience with sales navigating mattress types. I highly recommend them. However ........ We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues. read more

We bought a Tempur-Pedic bed from Garrison's Sleep Shop in Central Point 4 years ago. We love it! Yesterday, I had a problem with the adjustable frame , I called Garrison's & I received the best care I have ever had. Josh talked me through a few procedures to try, when they didn't work he offered to come by after work. He worked until 6 PM & then drove to my home in Jacksonville & figured out what was wrong with my bed. He was so kind, I have never had better service in my life. Talk about service with a smile! We unfortunately had to use our warranty. Jake was amazing and made it super easy for us. We have a new mattress in route and we were able to upgrade as well. No pressure just information. We didn't discuss prices till the end which I appreciate. Didn't just try and sell me a expensive mattress. We figured out what firmness we needed and I laid on about 9 beds once we narrowed it down then we discussed prices and financing options. We came in late in the day and he stayed a little past closing for us so we didn't have to drive in again tomorrow (30 minute drive away) We are very pleased with our experience today!!! Our experience was terrible!! We purchased a mattress which was slept on only once . The store manager wouldn't take the mattress back within a week of purchasing. We were extremely frustrated. Than when we were there to try to resolve the issue they tried to up-sell us for an extra 2G. So basically we kept a mattress from Garrisons that we didn't want. We have not had to buy a new mattress for more than 12 years. And the last one we bought was a brand from a luxury hotel chain, we had stayed at and slept on the mattresses several times. We were apprehensive about getting the wrong mattress. I set an appt and went to the sleep store. I cannot say enough positive things about Jake. He was so patient and explained all our options. He made the decision so easy. I wanted to talk it over with my husband, so I went home. And came back later that day with a decision. Jake had done some research and found us a higher quality mattress, which was on closeout, saving us a lot of money but getting us more for that money. This is a good company, I bought my bed with my wife through commercials we saw in Mt Shasta. So we bit the bullet and bought the Simmons Beauty Rest Black with adjustable & everything. About 5K. We got the financing no interest 4 years $100 per month. How can you beat that? You can't. We love the bed, it's improved my life, my sleep my selfworth, I mean, I spend about 20% of my life there, my wife 30%. lol We take this for granted as consumers, but what a great owner and staff to set up this program for us 98%ers who could use a little help getting their dream bed. Get this, 3 years later the bed is the same every night I climb into it just like the very first day. The owner seems very genuine and hard working to keep this store top rate. I purchased a Beautyrest Desiree Plush King size bed from Garrisons after I shopped in many other mattress businesses, Furniture Row, Mattressland, Sleep Train. No one had what I wanted in stock except Garrisons. The staff even took one of their plastic wrapped floor models out of the bag so I could try out the exact bed I wanted before making my final decision. Victoria was very professional in getting all the paperwork done for the purchase and financing. The free delivery and the financing options were fantastic. No one has such a deal. Everyone has been very patient and helpful, our situation has been complex from the beginning. Josh will be brining the piece we need on his day off, however, I'm kind of upset that I have to use my $50 coupon to pay for the wood. It should have been in the cost of the bed in the first place. What a fabulous mattress buying experience! I had my heart set on a temperpedic mattress but wasn't sure we could afford one. I called to see if there might be a sale and they generously talked through financing options, and buying a "gently used" mattress. When my husband and I went in to look, Pete spent so much time explaining all the options. He encouraged us to try things that he thought would work for us, a side-sleeper and stomach-sleeper. Pete was so knowledgeable! I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything, just trying to find what was best for us. We will buy all our future mattresses from Pete. read more

Wow!!! It is good to know there are still some places around that truly exemplify customer satisfaction. About three weeks ago I unexpectedly stopped by to browse at mattresses. I was greeted by Pete who was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We wanted one of the top of the line mattresses but it was out of our price range. He went to the trouble of looking in their stock and found one that had been purchased and immediately returned due to it not fitting in the customers bed frame. He told us it was in like new condition and was a couple of thousand dollars less and a larger size than what we were looking for. Out of curiosity we went next-door to see if there were any bed frames that we liked. Jerret greeted us and was very friendly. He walked us through the show room to see if there was anything that we liked. When we couldn't find anything in the style or color that we liked, he brought out multiple books and helped us look through to find what we wanted. He was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and got it on order. He told us it would be about 4 to 6 weeks. They were willing to hold the mattress for us and gave us free delivery for the bed frame and mattress and were going to put it together for us. Three weeks later they called and let us know the bed had arrived and they would be out two days later to set everything up for us. When delivery day arrived the delivery guys were actually two hours ahead of schedule, which is unheard of these days. Kelly and Raul were extremely professional and courteous and even helped us move our old mattress into a spare bedroom because it was so heavy. They were careful bringing in the new furniture and set everything up quickly. It is rare to find good customer service these days, but to find excellent customer service, professionalism and integrity in one place, not to mention every associate you interact with, it is a rare occasion.
