As comfortable as other brands that cost twice as much. We shopped here first and then went around the valley comparing everything. Ultimately, we bought the Copper Lux. 899$ for our cal king and we are very happy with it. Laid on several mattresses at twice the cost, including the Purple mattress. This felt better than all of them. My back and neck are doing much better and I sleep better than I have in years. And it does stay cool all night. The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Nancy was very helpful and worked with us on price. They have markups just like every other store but when it comes to making deals she worked with us to get the best price possible. I understand everywhere does this as well but she took off upwards to $1500 on a mattress and automatic bed set. And this was after I returned a mattress that I had bought which was a floor model and I singed off as not being returnable. There was a slight issue with it that was more of a dislike on my end. Which I doubt she would have returned it for us but maybe. I can't say she wouldn't have because she seems very reasonable and compassionate. But I assured her that I was going to spend just as much of not more on something so I think it made it a little easier. She returned it no questions asked and I spent twice as much as I did before because I was so happy working with her and felt be confident that she would be on my side if any issues arise in the future.
