We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

The latex mattress you could purchase at a box store is not the same quality product as this small store. It was wonderful; I bought two huge leather rocker-swivel chairs that are in my bedroom still, quite expensive, and love them. I bought an Ikea chair that I used in my AirBNB bedroom and it was perfect. I bought a mirror that's still in my hallway. There were ladies managing the desk and they were always busy doing intake, answering shoppers' questions, checking in on you when you walked in. Things were moving fast, it was all organized -- busy, and organized -- and everything was well-kept and high-end. They moved downtown, the man said, leaning back in his recliner chair, four years ago. It is not what it used to be. I'll leave it there. I'm sad. Most of the wonderful reviews you read here are from the time before the move.

We tried to contact EZ Sleep Mattress, and found their storefront location was not where it was. Wound up going to a competitor to replace the failed mattress. As comfortable as other brands that cost twice as much. We shopped here first and then went around the valley comparing everything. Ultimately, we bought the Copper Lux. 899$ for our cal king and we are very happy with it. Laid on several mattresses at twice the cost, including the Purple mattress. This felt better than all of them. My back and neck are doing much better and I sleep better than I have in years. And it does stay cool all night. Delivery service was great as well, very nice young man that was more than happy to help. Great experience, really appreciate it.

When we entered we were greeted by an older woman, seemed…read morefairly nice, asked us questions about what kind of washer and dryer we were looking for, etc. We walk to the main counter, she starts the process of booking us a time for delivery and things (at this point weve only been in the store 10 minutes or so). Instead of asking if wed like to finance, she IMMEDIATELY swiped my husbands card. We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us. Not a great experience. Not to mention the prices are insane. They had stools by the front door for over $300... we wont be returning. Home depot is cheaper AND has nicer employees.
