Both she and Steve continued to inform us about the product, how to care for it, and reconstruct it should we move. (Another positive about their latex mattresses is ease of mobility.) The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

Later when I decided I wanted shorter legs with casters on them, he found them and sent his guys to replace the legs. They were very quick and professional.
