The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I'll check with Medford Mattress first.

From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. Where to begin.... We bought a Bassett couch with recliners…read moreon each end, about ~$5k and at the same time we purchased two Bassett chairs ~$4,500. The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

Two strikes and you're out, lady. This occurred on May 1st, 2026. Crazy lady. I stood and patiently waited while you chatted with a friend. No one was checking out. Someone was standing and chatting with you. She had NO bag in her hand to indicate she had just purchased something. I did not stomp out, in fact, I said I would be back. There were no other customers in the store when I left. You have multiple reviews on how rude you are. It's not the first time; but it is definitely my last. Not only are you rude, but you also lie. I'll be going to The Kitchen Collection in Grants Pass. In case you didn't get the memo, that I got when I was 16: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, even if they aren't. Karen told me it came from Ala Kalika, as did a lovely lamp she showed me upstairs. The store is located inside the Claycomb Plaza Mall. It is part of the adjacent Ignition Galley and I'm looking forward to visiting both when Nina and I are in Ashland this summer. The rugs they carry are from Silk Road Trading Company and the lamps and other objects are from all over the world. What I could see on their website was intriguing and attractive and I'm looking forward to admiring it up close. They are closed Mondays and open 11-6 Tuesday to Saturday and 12-5 Sundays. This is a mall Nina and I used to visit regularly to shop, but once the store that was our primary draw closed we rarely went there. Sounds like we're going to have to remedy that.
