Randy wanted to try another of their off menu drinks. We can't remember what this drink is called but it's not on the menu and has some Mai tai mix and orange bitters ... like a mock Mai tai spritzer. Delicious - Randy had two! I got the mushroom bolognese - so good. It's home made (!) bucatini pasta with a mushroom (cremini, oyster and shiitake) and san Marzano tomato sauce with burrata on top. I love mushrooms but Randy does not and he loved this dish. The mushrooms taste meaty. Randy ordered the Carbonara again and it was also delicious. We also got an order of garlic bread this time and wow. We each have half of our dinners left, lucky us. We shared the creme brûlée which came with a lavender short bread cookie. Perfect. That means we dressed for that time. And we also shared little known facts about the Titanic and it's sinking. I learned a lot. The tea my husband and I shared in one of Mia's "bottomless" tea pots was exquisite: Apricot black tea. I now have a new addiction and did not leave without buying a bag of Apricot tea leaves! BTW: It's delicious cold as well. My salad was topped with Mua's delicious Coronation (curried) chicken salad. Three is us at our table for 4 had that and loved it. Our fourth chose the apple and walnut chicken salad. He said it was excellent. I could swear the moaning sound I heard was him. Mua, you scored again! Everyone had an absolutely wonderful time and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

The chips & dip, however, were REALLY GOOD! I did not know you could elevate potato chips like that, but their house-made chips are delicious and I would highly recommend trying them. Both my fiancé and I were not a huge fan of the sauce (just a little too creamy, it's really smooth though so if you like creamy sauces you'll probably enjoy it!), but just eating the plain chips was amazing. They even brought us a second serving of chips for free since we hadn't used all of the dip! We also ordered a pear tart for dessert which I would also recommend getting! Delicious crust and good pear flavor.
