We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

I felt like a sales person was trying to pressure me into an immediate decision. He didn't ask any questions about how I slept. When I provided him with the information that I am a side sleeper as well as a back sleeper he acted like he did understand what that meant. He directed me to mattresses that were medium firm but felt like firm. I decided to keep looking. I'm very glad that I did because I found the very same mattresses on sale at Costco for a significant amount of money less than what Mattress Firm was asking. I also found them on Amazon. Both of the alternatives were selling the mattress for a few hundred dollars versus Significantly more. I don't recommend this company.
