She really cares and always treated me with respect and like family (not in a gimmicky way like other places I have been where they make you feel like a commission check instead of a person). This company survives off giving deals and not marking up products to offset wages and advertising costs. I feel very confident that I get the best deal here and that if I have any issues with the product, it will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Nancy was very helpful and worked with us on price. They have markups just like every other store but when it comes to making deals she worked with us to get the best price possible. I understand everywhere does this as well but she took off upwards to $1500 on a mattress and automatic bed set. And this was after I returned a mattress that I had bought which was a floor model and I singed off as not being returnable. There was a slight issue with it that was more of a dislike on my end. Which I doubt she would have returned it for us but maybe. I can't say she wouldn't have because she seems very reasonable and compassionate. But I assured her that I was going to spend just as much of not more on something so I think it made it a little easier. She returned it no questions asked and I spent twice as much as I did before because I was so happy working with her and felt be confident that she would be on my side if any issues arise in the future. I dont think I will ever buy a bed anywhere else again. Nancy was so helpful in making sure the mattress I liked aligned my spine properly and stayed within my budget. They are friendly and really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I am so happy to not only know what I'm getting (by being able to try before I buy) but also that I got to support and local business during these Covid times. This place has a price point for just about everyone. The owner/employees are super nice and don't hover or harass. They give you space. They provided cold water on a hot day. I would shop here again. With their deals I was wishing I needed a mattress for myself. read more

We went into the showroom to get my son a bed set.. James. Our salesman, was very personable and extremely informative. I really appreciated James explaining about the different type of mattresses, how their made and the quality difference. I feel very confident in what they supply and the truly feel it's the best quality at the lowest prices. My son got his bed set delivered and set up on time and the delivery guys were quick and professional .. amazing how fast they can assemble the furniture. Thank you James... I just moved up to Medford to realize that the movers did not pack the rails to my California king bed. I went in and they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I knew it would be a long shot finding parts for a not too common size, but Tina still called every other place locally to see if they had it in stock. She then looked through her random pile and was able to piece something together so I would be able to set my bed up! I haven't had customer service like that in a long time... It was refreshing to have someone go out of their way to come up w a solution like that! I would recommend going in or calling with any questions because it is obvious she is very knowledgeable and experienced and will take care of any need for you! read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever received from any public service. I ordered over $3500 worth of furniture (Bed, mattress, and chest) and I was promised two delivery commit dates until my things finally arrived a little over a month from when my order was placed. I called numerous times and no one could tell me when my things when be delivered. After I called and questioned the store manager (Amy) at the location on Court Street in Medford, OR, she promised to call me back and did not. I had to call on three separate occasions until she got tired of hearing my voice and had Mike screen the calls for her. Just Pathetic!!! My bed is crooked, the movers broke a lamp in the hallway, and my chest has deep scratches on every corner. This company really really pissed me off on new levels and I am going to make sure I inform as many people as I can about the crap I had deal with from them. I will not stop until my issue is addressed on a corporate level. I hate their service. I recommend Bed for Less on Court Street to no one. Save yourself the headache......I will be more than happy to remove this post once my issues have been resolved, until then I will be posting to every public complaint site I can find. read more
