Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I'll check with Medford Mattress first.

It was wonderful; I bought two huge leather rocker-swivel chairs that are in my bedroom still, quite expensive, and love them. I bought an Ikea chair that I used in my AirBNB bedroom and it was perfect. I bought a mirror that's still in my hallway. There were ladies managing the desk and they were always busy doing intake, answering shoppers' questions, checking in on you when you walked in. Things were moving fast, it was all organized -- busy, and organized -- and everything was well-kept and high-end. They moved downtown, the man said, leaning back in his recliner chair, four years ago. It is not what it used to be. I'll leave it there. I'm sad. Most of the wonderful reviews you read here are from the time before the move.

The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

We spent a ton of money here and we were happy to support a local store. I stop in every so often to look around. The sales staff seem a little more pushy than before. I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. I'll be back when they offer resonable delivery prices.

When we entered we were greeted by an older woman, seemed…read morefairly nice, asked us questions about what kind of washer and dryer we were looking for, etc. We walk to the main counter, she starts the process of booking us a time for delivery and things (at this point weve only been in the store 10 minutes or so). Instead of asking if wed like to finance, she IMMEDIATELY swiped my husbands card. We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us. Not a great experience. Not to mention the prices are insane. They had stools by the front door for over $300... we wont be returning. Home depot is cheaper AND has nicer employees.
