We love the bed, it's improved my life, my sleep my selfworth, I mean, I spend about 20% of my life there, my wife 30%. lol We take this for granted as consumers, but what a great owner and staff to set up this program for us 98%ers who could use a little help getting their dream bed. Get this, 3 years later the bed is the same every night I climb into it just like the very first day. The owner seems very genuine and hard working to keep this store top rate. Later when I decided I wanted shorter legs with casters on them, he found them and sent his guys to replace the legs. They were very quick and professional. I paid for the new legs but not for his guys to come and change them. If I ever need a new mattress I would gladly shop here again. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family. Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. I felt like a sales person was trying to pressure me into an immediate decision. He didn't ask any questions about how I slept. When I provided him with the information that I am a side sleeper as well as a back sleeper he acted like he did understand what that meant. He directed me to mattresses that were medium firm but felt like firm. I decided to keep looking. I'm very glad that I did because I found the very same mattresses on sale at Costco for a significant amount of money less than what Mattress Firm was asking. I also found them on Amazon. Both of the alternatives were selling the mattress for a few hundred dollars versus Significantly more. I don't recommend this company.
