Get this, 3 years later the bed is the same every night I climb into it just like the very first day. The owner seems very genuine and hard working to keep this store top rate. I feel very confident that I get the best deal here and that if I have any issues with the product, it will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Nancy was very helpful and worked with us on price. They have markups just like every other store but when it comes to making deals she worked with us to get the best price possible. I understand everywhere does this as well but she took off upwards to $1500 on a mattress and automatic bed set. And this was after I returned a mattress that I had bought which was a floor model and I singed off as not being returnable. There was a slight issue with it that was more of a dislike on my end. Which I doubt she would have returned it for us but maybe. I can't say she wouldn't have because she seems very reasonable and compassionate. But I assured her that I was going to spend just as much of not more on something so I think it made it a little easier. She returned it no questions asked and I spent twice as much as I did before because I was so happy working with her and felt be confident that she would be on my side if any issues arise in the future. This company survives on giving deals for mattress instead of advertising and marking up products. So don't spend more buy mom and pop.

Most of the beds I could find were made of pressed wood products and took great lengths to hide the fact in there descriptions. The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I'll check with Medford Mattress first.

Later when I decided I wanted shorter legs with casters on them, he found them and sent his guys to replace the legs. They were very quick and professional. While looking for a new mattress, I went to Mattress Firm in Medford. It was like an experience in…read morea used car dealership. I felt like a sales person was trying to pressure me into an immediate decision. He didn't ask any questions about how I slept. When I provided him with the information that I am a side sleeper as well as a back sleeper he acted like he did understand what that meant. He directed me to mattresses that were medium firm but felt like firm. I decided to keep looking. I'm very glad that I did because I found the very same mattresses on sale at Costco for a significant amount of money less than what Mattress Firm was asking. I also found them on Amazon. Both of the alternatives were selling the mattress for a few hundred dollars versus Significantly more. I don't recommend this company.
