First, the tiny discoloration was so hard to notice, I did not even know what they were talking about. Likely, what was there was from a serious fever that made me sweat a lot and a tiny amount must have passed through the bedding and 2nd and the most obvious, is it has nothing to do with a defective mattress. I will never buy from them again and I hope others read this and stay away form this company. No integrity!

I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. I'll be back when they offer resonable delivery prices.

Nick was my delivery guy, was super professional and took care of my purchase. After getting ahold of OMA on Fb, one of the owners Nik instantly assured me that my order would be delivered a day later, as they were sending a guy to get the rest of my order, he threw in 2 top quality pillows for the mishaps. I recently purchased a Fairly new Amana Washer and Dryer set from these Grifters,, the washer was…read morenot balanced and made a terrible Racket. They picked it up, returning it a week later telling me it's Fixed. Upon using the washer it was still not balanced and made the same Noise as before. Steve offered to swap out the Amana set with a much Older Kennmore set. I agreed, upon using the replacement set the Dryer Screeched like metal on metal brake pads, unbearable to listen to. So again Active picked up the Dryer returning it several days later, telling me it was fixed. NOPE upon using it the Screeching sound was still present. Next, Active swapped the Kennmore Dryer for an Old Maytag Dryer. Active told me the Maytag Dryer worked great.. NOPE the maytag Dryer does not Spin, makes noise and doesn't work, I AM NOT KIDDING.. Absolutely Fed Up I Demanded they pick up their dysfunctional equipment and refund the $795I paid. As of 10/27/23 ACTIVE REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. I will see Active in Court soon I am Sueing them for Fraudulent Practices and seeking Maximum Penalties for Deceptive Business Practices.
