We love the staff, the selection and the prices here. It's almost time-capsule like (back in time) and I mean that in the most positive way. Their Sporting Goods department is also a huge plus. This store is a joke. Shopped many times before without any physical member card in hand. Once I tried to give them our member number and the cashier laughed like yeah we don't use them really. Today a "greeter" if you could call her that- said no shopping or entrance without a physical member card in hand. When told we have been there many times without, she claimed not possible they have always been this way. Clearly, not true. When a "greeter" argues and doesn't want you to go in, that's a big red flag to take our business elsewhere. I have purchased a few bigger items at a decent price but the rest isn't any bargain at all. So I can get anything there same price or less elsewhere which I will do. Sad. Customer service isn't a high priority for them. Adios. read more

Good store, terrible location. Think of Wal-Mart, Ace, Rite-Aid and a corner market colliding behind an RV seller: Bi Mart. I came here for licenses on a summer fishing trip, they have handguns! No joke. Glocks, Smith & Westons right under pane glass. In CA, you'd have to wait 10 days for the background check to clear. Not at the Grants Pass Bi Mart! Other things run about the price you'd see at CVS or another pharmacy, but they have a waaaaaay larger selection and the sales are solid. Plus, there's no state tax! There's an entire two bays devoted to light bulbs here. The fishing section alone is three aisles and a wall. My beef with this place is that north bound 199ers will have to turn a light before this place (at Dutch Bros) to go through neighborhoods to get here, and its hidden from the southbound side's view. Who the eff thought up the commutes around Josephine County?! read more

This store has just about everything I need from hardware and electronics to cosmetics, housewares to camping gear, gardening supplies to seasonal items. It's my go-to store with great prices and very friendly, helpful staff. They even have some great shoes and clothing items. I don't generally buy food here and I do wish they would get more organic items, but I just shop for my food at another store. I especially like that Bi-Mart is employee owned, so the money goes back into the pockets of the employees and stays in our own community rather than to a big faceless corporation someplace else. They don't always have everything I need, but that is actually pretty rare. read more

I recently changed from another pharmacy to BiMart. I have to say I am totally pleased with everything about their pharmacy. From the initial phone call, to the timely manner they have the prescription ready, to the numerous staff they have to help, they go out of their way to get the customer in and out as soon as possible. To the other pharmacy, which I absolutely dreaded, and where I had to hold on the line for what seemed an eternity, I am so glad I switched to BiMart. I have always liked BiMart for all my other needs. They have almost everything I need, short of the grocery store. I NEVER go to the big box store. I can always find what I need at BiMart. Great store!! And to the person complaining about the route to get to BiMart, I take Union to Ringuette to Marion and it's a breeze. There are numerous ways to get to BiMart. From 6th St., or Redwood Hwy and come in behind BiMart. Nothing to complain about there. read more

Yeah, as others have said, a unique retailer........okay, no fresh produce or meat, and a quite limited selection of frozen foods, but pretty much everything else, much of it at a pretty good price. Guns, ammo, fishing gear, boat and camping stuff, canned goods, beer, wine, hardware, housewares, Haribo gummy bears. On certain canned food items I like to keep well stocked in my pantry, they have excellent prices. There selection of fishing equipment is better than some sporting goods retailers. Cashiers and other employees always seem pleasant! read more

Just called the store at 1:10 pm on 1/20/2017 and was transferred to sporting goods several times with no answer and after a 5 min wait someone pick up and hung up with out saying a word. If they would up date there web site and allow us to search for what we may be looking for that may help. read more
