After informing Walmart, they rushed another set. Guess what?? They sent the wrong ones AGAIN! Now, two weeks had gone by so we decided to take the car and the 8 tires and get it done. Well first b of all, they didn't have the sale tires that she had purchased and would not honor the price. Even though the mistake was theirs. So she had to shell out an additional $200 that she couldn't afford. Then these idiots in the tire department made her push a cart with the 8 tires all the way to customer service. Ironic, she received NO customer service AT ALL, yet she had to drag this crap to customer service. Then they said that she sent back one set of tires through the mail. The mail??? Who the f#%€ would do that? They would not refund her payment because of this. She stood at customer service for about an hour and a half. And the dumb ass tire center employees refused to give her a better price on the tires. I know it was within his scope of capablliy to do this. After two hours of my poor injured sister having yo stand there waiting, her credit card declined because now the tires put her over the limit. She had to get her husband to drive 20 miles to Walmart to bring another card. Jesus, if the damn tire center could have given her the price that she started with two weeks ago, before Walmart sent the wrong damn order to her, then all of this bullshit could have been avoided. I'm disgusted with Walmart and their piss poor treatment of customers. There is no excuse for the treatment my sister got. Did I mention that she is also disabled with a back problem. And these jackasses have her pushing a flat cart with 8!tires on it a quarter mile across the store. Walmart sucks. You lost my business! Amazon is way better.

Self-checkout has multiple lanes open, I gravitate there. I pick baby supplies, variety of discounted veggies, start unloading & scanning, to which the self-checkout cashier runs over seemingly irritated I was there with my child and plants, and asks me to go to a "regular check-stand" because she has to do xyz for each individual xyz... okay? so I reload all the plants with no help offered, and cruise over to a regular check-stand. Instead of unloading each plant, I remove all the tags and place them in a neat pile on top of a box of diapers to make it simple for the cashier to scan and she freaks out over an ant on the plant tag, then starts individually asking me about each plant, taking them out, grumbling about the lack of labeling and dirt. I genuinely hate shopping here because of the employees. Sushi department is always friendly. I wish it had its own Yelp separate from the store.

Crowded space filled with tawdry trinkets, that used to be elegant and open space from which to shop for well curated product. I don't think Bob is happy there, given his antisocial vibe and demeanor. Needless to say, I walked out, and bought some Birkenstocks at the shoe store nearby.
