    At this point and time, we have sent off two complaint letters to Hughes Lumber, Dennis Rawls…read moreowner, and have not received any type of response. The last complaint email sent to Mr. Rawls was dated 4-7-2020. This company appears not to have any customer skills, nor do they care about customer service and return customers. I have instructed my contractor not to pay the "quoted" receipt given until such time that we receive a written response back from Mr. Rawls regarding our complaint and issues. Future customers beware of un-knowledgeable staff regarding Timber Teck products and pricing and poor limited product displayed. 7-5-2020 update to above: Mr Rawls still has not contacted us but instead had one of office staff make a phone call to us. It is very apparent that customer service is not a strong key issue with Mr. Rawls. It is a good experience for us that we now know that companies that have been in business this long, in the area, does not always mean quality! Warning, we suggest that small infrequent customers should look elsewhere for products since it appears that Hughes only likes to deal with bigger orders and companies. Don't really understand how Hughes Lumber could stay in business this long with this type of customer service and attitude.

Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. Once the parts came back, James and Joe from the service deapartment came to my house, disassembled the chair took it back to their shop and returned it in a few hours. I was blown away by their professionalism and prompt service. My chair looks and operates like new. Thanks again, Bob

    Where to begin.... We bought a Bassett couch with recliners…read moreon each end, about ~$5k and at the same time we purchased two Bassett chairs ~$4,500. The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.
