I found a stone while camping with my wife that was shaped like a heart. I took the stone with me when we returned home and set out to find someone to engrave it. I eventually located NW Stonewise on the internet and communicated with Dina via e-mail. Eventually I got the stone shipped to her and had it engraved. When the stone was sent back to me, I was BEYON impressed. The clean engraving was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. More importantly, I was so impressed with the one-on-one customer experience. They worked with me until I could decide what I wanted and they were patient with my constant inquiries. The price was right, (it cost me more to ship the stone than to have it engraved) the workmanship was superb. I couldn't ask for more. Top notch company! read more
