    Shrunken Focaccia Chicken Sandwich

They shrunk the foccacia chicken sandwich but kept the prices the same. When I called them out on it they just ignored me and didn't care. Done with this place.

Super annoyed. We ordered 3 pizzas from Dolce. We had all already started to eat; as we were hungry from waiting for the pizza to arrive. Long story short; there was a long strand of hair baked into the cheese pizza that someone was eating. GROSS!!! Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of it, but it's disgusting!!! We waited 2 damn hours only to NOT be able to eat the damn pizza. $45 down the drain!!

First time trying them yesterday the buffalo chicken was delicious . The service was great The fact that good music is playing in the background is great & the Nutella pizza special was so good yet so sweet omg I loved it

    Meatball, Ricotta,Onions and Cheese

First pizza pie is meatball, ricotta, onion's. Soooo good Second pie is the chicken bacon ranch. Both pies are excellent and will definitely order from dolce's pizza again and again lol

Fiery Hawaiian should, in fact, be burned in the incinerator.

The pizza was not to my liking and Fox news was on.... You make your own deductions on that one.. Pizza from the prior owners was better.

New Jersey is known for many things, but pizza is perhaps the largest source of debate. There is no…read moreshortage of pizza, as they have anywhere from 2,000 to 3,000 pizza restaurants using their family recipe to make some of the best pizzas in America. As the third-largest producer of tomatoes in the entire country, this key pizza-making ingredient not only sets New Jersey's classic 'tomato pies' apart from any ordinary pizza. This 10,000-square-foot, two-story establishment with a neon-lit sign on Glenwood Ave in Bloomfield asks, "Just another pizzeria?" They also house a 20-seat speakeasy that's open Thursday through Saturday called the Rab.bit Hole that can be found upstairs behind a hidden entrance. Opened in 2020, Blue Steel Pizza Company is the answer and should become obvious after looking at the menu. A reservation was easily made via Resy. My partner and I were greeted at the host station and got a regular table in the 1st-floor dining room by the pizza oven in the middle. The vibe was modern and industrial. Patrons had to use their phone flashlights to read the menu as the lighting was pretty dim. They are known for their Detroit-style pizza--a pie baked in a rectangular, traditionally blue-steel pan, the kind once used by autoworkers. It's made with a blend of mozzarella cheese and traditional Wisconsin brick cheese that melts down the side of the pie, making for a burnt, gooey, cheesy crust. It's cold-fermented for three days and is closer to sourdough. It has real flavor and an airier texture. It's like a lighter version of a Sicilian with a buttery crust. As a starter, we decided on the Chopped Salad. For our main entrée, we opted for the Jersey Tomato Pizza Pie. Portions run big enough for sharing, and we downed them with the 1911 Cider. The pizza crust was light, airy, and crispy with the right amount of fresh ingredients, making the ensemble tastefully delicious. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and our server was Adam. The price was comparable to the area. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place.

We spotted Blue Steel which had good, modern curb appeal to our hungry tummies. It looks like downtown Bloomfield is having a moment with some new condos and nicer restaurants coming in. Thanks, gentrification!? Inside has a clubby, bar vibe and we were seated at a hightop near the bar. I love a good wedge salad. I prefer the classic but I appreciate BSP's variation that has tomato, cucumbers, crispy frizzled onions, feta cheese, homemade ranch dressing, and everything sprinkle seasoning. It was generously sized and refreshing. And there's nothing but good things to say about the Detroit-style ezzo pepperoni pie, except that i wish I had a bigger stomach to eat MORE. After the salad (shared), I was only able to manage one slice, but it was a happy slice. My first time trying Detroit-style and it didn't disappoint. PS: There's a tiny, very lumpy and bumpy parking lot in the back that is very tricky to maneuver back out of. If it hadn't been for an Uber driver who got briefly trapped back in there with me, I might still be there today

They were packed when we got there but we didn't have to wait long to get a seat. What we ordered: - Buffalo Wings - Mozzarella Sticks - French Fries - Regular Pizza - Regular Pizza with Pepperoni - White Clam Pizza - Old School Everything Pizza without Anchovies The food came out piping hot and everything we got was good. The wings were crispy and had a lot of sauce. We all enjoyed the pizzas even though bar style isn't our favorite. The only thing to note is my friend ordered a Blue Moon beer and never got it even though she even reminded them again. By the time the meal ended she was too full for a beer anyways. Honestly we don't even know if we got charged for it because we didn't examine the receipt before we paid by cash. Besides that everything went well and we would recommend this place.

Note that depending on the toppings you can order 2 different ones (half/half) but it's not available for all toppings. Pizza was tasty, I'd rate it a 8.5/10, I just wish it had a little more cheese. Garlic bread was also pretty good. I had 2 Coors light draft ($5.50 each) and my wife had a ginger ale ($3.00 and refill was free). They should offer some happy hour specials during weekdays. Service was good and waitresses were friendly. There are some tables and booths in addition to bar stools. There's a small parking lot so during peak hours you might need to find street parking.

The thing about the signage is it feels authentically Italian, but it requires some looking up. We stopped by twice and the gelato flavors went from Italian to English, probably because the workers got tired of translating. We came opening day, so they were still working on some of the processes. We went with the marocchino and the crema di caffe after looking those up. The crema di caffe was nice and foamy but the marocchino was cold and sweet. The issue was that they looked so nice in the glass cups in the picture, but to go cups are small. I've had samples at grocery stores roughly the same size. There was no indication on my rushed phone research that they were supposed to be espresso sized, but I was disappointed. I did try the gelato as well, and they were also on the small side. The hazelnut was sweet and creamy, and I tried the fior di latte and the milk flavored was interesting and different. To test my in-person theory, I returned to order in. This time, the marocchino was hot but still small. The flavor was nice, but it was definitely a different drink. We also got the tiramisu cappuccino, and that came in a large cup and had nice layers and the right amount of sweetness. Overall, the place is clean, the colors are vibrant, the staff was welcoming. I would like to return and try the hot chocolate, and they offer some nice-looking pastries. I think it works best if you stay in and sip the coffee while relaxing instead of chugging it while driving around. Taking a moment to really savor works great.
