SHENG JIAN BAO - 9.99 These were made to order, freshly pan-fried alongside at least 50 other buns. They're pretty small, maybe two to three bites each, but they come out piping hot, which is when they're best eaten. The skin was thin but held up well to the filling and broth without any spillage issues. The pork filling was so juicy, and the broth was sweet and rich with pork flavor.
