My 90 year old grandfather told me, "call Huether." They have been so fair and trustworthy. They repaired the heat last year for $270 and replaced the entire boiler this year for less than HALF what Isaac tried to scam me out of last year. Not just that, but from the time my boiler died to the time I had heat back was just SIX DAYS. You can tell it's family run. Just awesome, salt of the earth, quality, non-scammers.

A year after we moved into this house our HVAC system died and they replaced it with a Carrier which worked great for 16 years (low end of the expected life) until it died last December on the second 5 degree night we had. We really needed some heat! We are on the JBAC annual maintenance plan and the tech came out at 10 PM and said, yep, it's dead. (Luckily we had a gas fireplace to keep us from freezing.) Estimator came the next day, showed us some options, and the day after that a crew came out and installed a hybrid gas/heat pump system which has worked great for the past 8 months. I enjoyed the annual maintenance included with the JBAC plan, and it has more or less paid for itself in reducing or eliminating service fees for other issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was about 10 years ago they installed a pricey UV air purifier unit (my wife had asthma) which died a few weeks after the warranty ran out. Hopefully they don't continue to peddle bad products, but the rest of their work has been great and they are always polite and friendly.
