We had never needed to board our Morkie before, so when our trip came together at the last minute, we had to find a place we could trust. We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. Thank you again, Anna, Rosa, and Simon, for taking such good care of Bailey and giving us peace of mind while we were enjoying our vacation.

The second reason is because they're great with dogs and handle the dogs gently and with care. I haven't seen any cuts of marks on my dogs after grooming. We found someone with a schnauzer across the street and asked where it was groomed and she said the groom room. So we decided to make an appointment. Josh explained that if our dog was matted she would be shaved. In this instance unfortunately he tried to brush her but she didnt allow him so he did let me know she would be shaved. Usually we dont like her fully cut. But he did a great job her face looks cute and she looks like a girl. If i make sense. I will definitely bring her back Thank you

5 Stars - A groomer that treats your pet like family…read more From my first phone call, Taylor was warm and patient -- she walked me through pricing clearly and made me feel completely at ease bringing in my newly adopted rescue. Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. After 10+ years in retail, I know great customer service when I see it, and this is some of the best I've experienced. Prices are fair too, which matters a lot right now. If you want a groomer who will truly care for your pup, go here. Bea and I will be back!

I am extremely sad to give this update, because my dog Dillon has been going to Andy's for a while…read moreand they've always been very good about fitting him into the schedule & just being overall cool people to deal with. He always comes back smelling well and they give him a seasonal handkerchief around his neck. Little touches that made the pricey de-shedding and grooming fees worth it ($125 for a grooming of large dog, 85lbs). I wanted to simply address this to a manager via email to show photos, but their contact form on the site is impersonal and gives no email address and no opportunity to upload photos. On his last visit on Friday, my dog came home panting and not wagging his tail. I just thought he missed me, but it felt out of place, more like a "hyperventilation" type panting. I didn't think anything of it until the next day, as I was petting him, I felt bloody scabs across his head. Till today I find more that's hidden in his long fur. I'm super sad because Andy's has done a great job with his de-shedding, and I know it's no easy task with his fur. But, he is the mildest-mannered service animal for kids with autism. He doesn't bite or bark or squirm, so to have big gashes like this on multiple parts of his skin after a grooming is a red flag. I won't be sending him to Andy's anymore. Very sad about it, but this isn't how you treat a dog or long-time customer. You disclose the cuts and address how to help treat them.

Literally the groomer is SO sweet! I love in Glendale and the 45-50 minute drive to come here is so worth it! My girls come back dry (which is a pet peeve of mine when they return my pups still wet), they smell SO fresh (not like wet dog) and they do not smell musty at all, and my girls are always so happy here. The usual places I go to take my pups haven't been the best recently, so I honestly don't mind making the drive here. We use a metal prong to train and more often than not, my girls' fur turns a bit grayish from the metal and it's usually impossible for me to get it off. When I take them to our groomers nearby, they're never able to fully get rid of it. But at Benji's, idk how but they're always able to get their fur looking the whitest it's ever been! The owner really took the time to get to know me and my girls, and what I love is that there is a play room for them to hangout at while they wait for their turn to get groomed! Other places just stick your pups into a kennel and they sit there for hours Benji's Dog Grooming really truly cares about your pup and my girls always come back looking the freshest they've ever been
