Took my new puppy to some other groomer in The Valley with way too many dogs and 2 people working the floor. They had her for over 6 hours and when I got her back she had a cut under her eye right on the line. They didn't say anything when I picked her up and I paid $60 and she was lethargic for hours and almost seemed depressed. The next time, I took her to Erick's, not only did they have very few dogs and seemed to operate at a level that was manageable, everyone there seems as though the LOVE what they do. I picked her up within 2-3 hours and she looked BEAUTIFUL exactly what I asked for and professional cut. She was happy and so was I. I haven't taken her anywhere else since. Never ever ever disappointed. I was so sad that I had to take her to Petco during this time but best believe we'll be back when they reopen! Love you guys! love this guy does an amazing job when i went to go pick up my dog she came back happier than ever i recommend coming here

I was very happy the first time I visited him to groom my dogs Squirt and Bear. The second time I visited, it was a mess. He took his time working with the rest of the dogs and had dogs waited til the last minute. The grooming was rushed, and they weren't groomed properly. I can do the same job technically of what he did to mu dogs. ... read more

Erick's Pet Grooming business is not responsible, I had to call several times to try to get ahold of them which was almost impossible. When I was given an appointment for the following week I was called the day of being told to reschedule for the following day, when the next day comes around I received a text for another cancelation. I understand things happen but if he has a business, he needs to run it like one. Meaning, he should have other workers take over if he becomes unavailable. Apparently its not the first time he cancels on his clients. Maybe he continues to cancel on me because the very first thing he told me when I spoke to him was that he didn't want to take senior dogs (which my dogs are). I never serviced my dogs here and I will not return. I can find a better place to take my senior pups. If you want a reliable place, go someplace else. read more

Very friendly to both me and my dog. I felt very comfortable leaving him, and was very satisfied with the fresh cut.

We've been coming here for 3 yrs+, thank you for taking care of Marley's haircuts, nail trims, etc. Marley always has a smile and comes home refreshed. She loves to sleep with the bandanas. read more

Erick's Pet Grooming - Akamaru after he got groomed - Pet Groomers Near Me - North Hills, California

Great job! I been taking my dogs to this location since the day they opened the business. I now live in Palmdale and don't mine the drive because I know my dogs are in great hands. I always tell them how I want my dogs to look and they always accomplish my desires. I have taken them to other places but those places are overpriced and horrible service. When I arrive to the other locations my dogs reaction isn't enjoy full. They bark like they were mistreated. However, when I take them to Erick's groomers my dogs are happy and receive me with lots of joy. The joy in my dogs is what brings back to them. I know I can trust them with my dogs because of their professional service. My German Shepherd, Corgi and 3 poodles. read more

I tried booking an appt with my vet for grooming but they were all booked. My brother in law recommended this place. They were very friendly. 1st time there and was very pleased with the grooming for my 2 little pugs. He explained how he trimmed the nails for my little pug not to bleed that's usually an issue when grooming her. I'm always very nervous leaving them to get groomed particularly when it's a new place but their demeanor toward my dogs and how at ease my skittish dog felt made me want to come back to have them groomed there. Best pet groomers in the valley for sure!! I just moved here so I was a little worried about my pup going to a new place and after trying numerous places I finally found THE ONE. This place knows exactly how to do the schnauzer cut and leaves my lil babe looking extra cute and smellin extra good! She stays soft and looks clean for a long time considering my pup likes to play outside. Definitely recommend! The people are super nice and prices are affordable. read more

First time coming here. I was a bit nervous bringing my 2 girls here. One is a shy timid girl and the other one is too loud. Barks at anything that moves or makes noise. When we arrived both of my girls were calm. My shy girl even curled up with the assistant and my loud girl actually stayed calm. They did a good job on my girls and I'll definitely bring them back again. Only down side is cash only. read more

My dog was in desperate need for a good grooming since I hadn't been able to take him since everything started locking down due to COVID. I found Erick's spot and trusted the reviews so I took my pet. Erick is super sweet and nice & very good at his work. I picked up my baby and he smelled very good and i loved his haircut. I've taken my dog to other places where I'm not as satisfied because they miss some things like trimming the nails but Eric did everything and at an excellent price!! If you're looking for a spot take your dog here, I will now only be taking my dog to his spot for his grooming and will definitely be recommending him to others!! Thanks for the service Erick!! read more

Hands down the best groomers in the valley! I've gone to places in North Hollywood to Lake Balboa and practically every groomer in between and NONE compare to Erik's. Definitely a hidden gem in the valley. My boyfriend scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning for the 4 of our dogs (2 Frenchies, 1 Lab, 1 Toy Poodle) to be showered and groomed. Come Wednesday, we brought in our dogs and after a quick consultation they promptly began to work on all our dogs. After a couple hours, we received a phone call that our dogs were ready. As soon as we arrived, our dogs were front and center. Looking very presentable and happy which is not very common especially since our dogs get anxiety at the groomers. Our dogs looked, felt and smelled great! They even offered to put a light spritz of perfume to keep them smelling clean longer. Erik's is the ONLY groomers that were able to really get the poodle cut properly on our toy poodle. They also have very affordable pricing on all their services. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Definitely will be back. Also, make sure to set up an appointment ahead of time to secure a spot for your fur baby as slots tend to fill up quickly. read more

Love this place! I took my pup here for a hair cut and wash and she came back looking fabulous! I'm very particular about her hair cuts and they listened to exactly what I wanted and executed flawlessly! He even let me know that she was getting an ear infection and that they did some extra work making sure her ears were clean. So glad I found a place so close to home! read more

I really wanted to like this place and support local businesses, but I just don't understand the inconsistency of the hours of exactly when they're open. For instance, the hours online appear to say open but no one answers when I call. I leave a voicemail and no call back, then I call back again and it goes straight to voicemail. Another time, I called the day before and they said they will be open the next day for walk-ins. I get there, and they are closed. I tried calling and no answer. However, when I am lucky enough to get them to groom my dogs, they do a good job. If they could just have consistent business hours and a person to always answer the phone (during business hours), I would give 5 stars. read more

I would like to thank the staff of Erick's Pet Grooming for always proving our family the best quality services. Our little fur babies really enjoy getting they're grooming treatment's. What I really enjoy the most is the details that they provide. Such as the cute little bandanas & bows they put on our babies, the facility is safe and clean. I really recommend you give them a call, as they really pride themselves on offering the best experience possible & believe me they always deliver!! #HappyFurrMama #ThankYou #HappyFurBabies read more
