What an amazing first time visit... Finding a new groomer can be a bit stressful but got lucky coming across Happiness Grooming! Booking an appointment was super smooth & being able to be seen on a Saturday last minute was awesome! You can really tell a business is doing a good job if you feel comfortable leaving your pooch behind & coming back to seeing them super happy! Worth the drive & will be coming back

I have been coming here for 2 years and I have only great things to say about them. I believe they are a family owned business, which makes this place feel like home and like they care for your pet as if it was their own. They always have amazing rates and they do an incredible job with my little dog. He comes out fresh, clean and smelling amazing. I love it here and I can see myself bringing Bluey here for years to come!

Been coming here for half a year now and I like it, hope my fur baby likes it too. Would love to come in between trimmings for simple butt hole trim bur that's $15. Overall, I give this place a line. It's close to me and offers either same-day or next day appointments.

The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about every pet. My dog always comes back looking amazing, happy, and well cared for.

Amazing experience! They did a great job grooming my cat. Everyone was incredibly friendly, communicative, and made me feel comfortable trusting them with my cat. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they work with. I also loved the cute report card they sent home showing how my cat did during his visit. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this groomer enough! This was my first time bringing Cobie (who is a menace with anything to do with cutting his nails) and the team at Happiness Grooming were able to cut AND grind his nails when other places would refuse. He's very anxious and can be reactive but everyone here was so kind and saw behind his fear that he is the best boy! The prices here are so beyond fair and reasonable!! They do not follow your directions. Imagine picking up your husky and they practically shaved him! We literally said that he was only to be de-shed. It gets worse. We said no perfume. We can't stand their perfume. They used perfume! Now we have to rewash our dog after paying over two hundred dollars for our three dogs. Wait it gets worse. They once had our dog and when we picked him up his leash was in half. He chewed through it somehow. Why is my dog on his leash for hours? I dunno. So we got him a lease that can't be chewed through. Then today, they switched his leash and put him on his brother's leash for some reason. Sho he chewed through a second personalized leash. They We will never be back. Beyond frustrated. read more

I love Happiness Grooming! I've been coming for years to this family owned business. I'm always greeted with smiles. All members of the family are honest, transparent, offer good recommendations, and genuinely care for my puppies. One of my dogs isn't the most friendly, and they handle her like pros. They won't force anything my dog isn't comfortable with, but they end up doing more for her than I imagine can be done. I love this place and highly recommend their service. Gracias! read more

Today we went to our normal groomers. Only groomers I trust in the San Fernando Valley. They are so sweet to my frenchie. She's always so scared to leave us, but I know she's in good hands when we picked her up. They always give us a quick summary of how she behaved and how the shower process went and they let us know that she did very well she was not crying and she did not give them a hard time. I initially overlooked the owner's abrasive attitude and my dog's apparent fear of the place, despite his claims that my dog was aggressive. However, after trying other groomers and consistently receiving glowing feedback about my dog's sweet behavior, it became clear that this wasn't the right fit. At other places, my dog is calm and content. One instance that sealed my decision was when I got a call, 30 minutes after picking up my dog, saying he was ready for pickup. When I mentioned that I had already taken him home, there was no apology... just "ok" before hanging up. Like excuse me? No sense of security here. While the grooming here is acceptable, there are definitely better options out there with superior service and kinder handling.

Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. Cutie is looking down from heaven and is saying thank you Mommy for being there for me-I love you! and I love you too!! I had just recently moved to Van Nuys and was incredibly lucky to find happiness grooming. It's family owned and you can tell that they deeply care about animals at this grooming place. I took my dog completely matted and dirty because of my fear of groomers and her not allowing me to do it at home and she came back looking cuter than ever even if they cut all her hair off (it was needed) they called me multiple times throughout our appointment because they were aware of my anxiety to let me know everything is good with her and that she is doing nicely. What's unacceptable is how mediocre your attitude and poor customer service is given your answer which proved my point. Your answer is beyond preposterous and pathetic. Don't worry, I found a groomer more expensive yet, far better than your shit hole business in Santa Monica and I won't hesitate to tarnish your reputation as you decided to make a 180 degree turn and be a complete asshole. They were true to their words of being able to manage my dog! I have been searching for another groomer since some mishaps with my long term groomer and a mobile groomer as well. I have a 15y/o Scottie terrier. I had explained his behaviors and other challenges with Luis and assured me that they can take my dog. I just picked up my dog and he's finally clean! My vet clinic recommended this place to me and I'm glad they did. I'm very happy with the prices here, they're much more affordable than other places I've gotten quotes from and they have very friendly service. They did a great job with my newly adopted 12 year old maltese mix who needed a good makeover. I will definitely be sending friends and family here to get their pets nice and pampered. I use to go to different dog grooming and unfortunately my dog had a bad experience. But since I found this place I been coming here since they first opened and they have been the BEST since day 1. It was a great experience at Happiness dog grooming. I have a Yorkshire terrier who hadn't had her hair cut in 2 years. I was nervous because I didn't know what her reaction would be. I was honest with the groomer because my dog is a good dog but sometimes gets frustrated with new things. When I went to pick her up she was happy and looked fantastic. Took my senior girl to Happiness Groomer and I'm honestly so impressed. She came out looking TOO cute with her pink bows, but what really got me was how calm and relaxed she was when I picked her up (which never happens).
