5 Stars - A groomer that treats your pet like family…read more From my first phone call, Taylor was warm and patient -- she walked me through pricing clearly and made me feel completely at ease bringing in my newly adopted rescue. Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. After 10+ years in retail, I know great customer service when I see it, and this is some of the best I've experienced. Prices are fair too, which matters a lot right now. If you want a groomer who will truly care for your pup, go here. Bea and I will be back!

We had never needed to board our Morkie before, so when our trip came together at the last minute, we had to find a place we could trust. We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. Thank you again, Anna, Rosa, and Simon, for taking such good care of Bailey and giving us peace of mind while we were enjoying our vacation.

I…read morewanted to give her a proper send off to heaven and I wanted my Cutie to know she will always be remembered and thought of not just by her mommy but to the world as a precious little soul that inhabited this earth. Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. Cutie is looking down from heaven and is saying thank you Mommy for being there for me-I love you! and I love you too!! Thank you Ariel for your artistic abilities and most importantly for the compassion you have for animals. I'm so grateful for what you've done and I value you! -Marisol V.
