We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. I am extremely sad to give this update, because my dog Dillon has been going to Andy's for a while…read moreand they've always been very good about fitting him into the schedule & just being overall cool people to deal with. He always comes back smelling well and they give him a seasonal handkerchief around his neck. Little touches that made the pricey de-shedding and grooming fees worth it ($125 for a grooming of large dog, 85lbs). I wanted to simply address this to a manager via email to show photos, but their contact form on the site is impersonal and gives no email address and no opportunity to upload photos. On his last visit on Friday, my dog came home panting and not wagging his tail. I just thought he missed me, but it felt out of place, more like a "hyperventilation" type panting. I didn't think anything of it until the next day, as I was petting him, I felt bloody scabs across his head. Till today I find more that's hidden in his long fur. I'm super sad because Andy's has done a great job with his de-shedding, and I know it's no easy task with his fur. But, he is the mildest-mannered service animal for kids with autism. He doesn't bite or bark or squirm, so to have big gashes like this on multiple parts of his skin after a grooming is a red flag. I won't be sending him to Andy's anymore. Very sad about it, but this isn't how you treat a dog or long-time customer. You disclose the cuts and address how to help treat them.

Not only did they trim his nails, they also took the time to file them, which made such a difference. They were very reasonably priced, which was another big plus. But what really stood out was how caring and attentive they were. They noticed right away that my dog was a little nervous, and since I was only there for a nail trim, they kindly offered to let me come back with him to help keep him calm.They also kept everything clean and tidy, vacuuming the area afterward.
