Within a week, she developed a severe hot spot that quickly escalated. We ended up at the vet, where they confirmed the infection was due to negligence during her grooming. The vet examined my dog thoroughly and found the infection was so serve that they could literally pull back the skin. The situation was so painful and serious that they had to put her under anesthesia just to shave and treat the area without causing her even more distress. The wounds were so severe that they refused to treat her while she was awake. This infection affected about 40% of her body, including her ear. Part of her ear had to be removed because the infection had eaten away so much tissue. So far, I've spent around $1,300 in vet bills, not including the $75 I pay each time to have her bandages replaced and wounds cleaned properly. She's already had her bandages changed twice, adding another $150 to the total cost. I strongly urge you not to bring your dog here. I intend to report this business to the Better Business Bureau. What happened is unacceptable, and I feel it's my responsibility to warn other pet owners. As of July 29th, my dog is still undergoing treatment for this infection, which was caused by the groomers cutting her without informing me and using unclean tools. I will be uploading photos and receipts soon to further document my experience.

Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. After 10+ years in retail, I know great customer service when I see it, and this is some of the best I've experienced. Prices are fair too, which matters a lot right now.
