I found Tender Touch after my original groomer had to step away from their business, and I am so…read moregrateful I did. I'm incredibly picky about where I take my dog because he truly is my child, and he is not the friendliest when it comes to people. But Nova? He opened up immediately to the girls at Tender Touch. This is a dog who used to refuse to even hop out of the car, and today he jumped right out, tail wagging. That says everything. He always comes back spotless, soft, and so well cared for. The only reason I'm giving five stars instead of ten is because they do crate the dogs, which I understand is necessary for a smaller space and for everyone's safety, and they are slightly more expensive than my previous groomer. Even so, they've become my go-to without question. I'm so happy I found them, especially Carrie and Blanca. And Blanca? Nova absolutely LOVES her.

My miniature dachshund isn't the easiest when it comes to strangers or grooming, but she came back looking fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be scheduling with Dog Dash again. Thank you again, Dog Dash Grooming!

Warning: Do Not Take Your Dog Here…read more If you care about your pet's wellbeing, avoid this grooming salon. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment on June 24th. Within a week, she developed a severe hot spot that quickly escalated. We ended up at the vet, where they confirmed the infection was due to negligence during her grooming. The vet examined my dog thoroughly and found the infection was so serve that they could literally pull back the skin. The situation was so painful and serious that they had to put her under anesthesia just to shave and treat the area without causing her even more distress. The wounds were so severe that they refused to treat her while she was awake. This infection affected about 40% of her body, including her ear. Part of her ear had to be removed because the infection had eaten away so much tissue. So far, I've spent around $1,300 in vet bills, not including the $75 I pay each time to have her bandages replaced and wounds cleaned properly. She's already had her bandages changed twice, adding another $150 to the total cost. I strongly urge you not to bring your dog here. I intend to report this business to the Better Business Bureau. What happened is unacceptable, and I feel it's my responsibility to warn other pet owners. As of July 29th, my dog is still undergoing treatment for this infection, which was caused by the groomers cutting her without informing me and using unclean tools. I will be uploading photos and receipts soon to further document my experience.

5 Stars - A groomer that treats your pet like family…read more From my first phone call, Taylor was warm and patient -- she walked me through pricing clearly and made me feel completely at ease bringing in my newly adopted rescue. Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. After 10+ years in retail, I know great customer service when I see it, and this is some of the best I've experienced. Prices are fair too, which matters a lot right now. If you want a groomer who will truly care for your pup, go here. Bea and I will be back!
