I absolutely love this mobile grooming service for my dogs. The groomer was amazing--so kind, professional, and efficient. I brought my first dog here years ago, and he actually remembered both my dog and me, which I really appreciated. He finished grooming my dogs pretty quickly, and I loved the bandanas he put on them. It took him an hour to do both of them (i'm guessing because I have smaller dogs). Overall, this is excellent service and worth every penny.

Had a great experience - my dog seemed at ease with the groomer which is the most important part of the service because he's a senior. Beyond that, the groomer communicated with me thoroughly before and after the service. The grooming was perfect and my doggie seemed happy instead of anxious which is what happens sometimes if he's with other dogs in a salon.

This was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Initial response was quick with pricing and availability. They sent me a text when they were on their way and arrived earlier than expected. My dog had not been groomed in a very long time and kayleen did an amazing job pictures below.

This was our first time trying DogDash Mobile Grooming for our senior boxer rescue pup. After years of trying to bathe our water-shy guy at home, we opted to try mobile grooming, and can't believe it took us this long to try! We decided to go with mobile grooming vs. taking him to a grooming location because he does not play nice with other dogs. Our groomer Eric was a few minutes early, told us what he was going to do, and allowed my fiancé to accompany him on the truck for the first part of the grooming so he would feel comfortable. Our dude was wagging his tail for Eric in no time what-so-ever! It was about an hour long grooming sesh, and included a nail-trim (cut and grind), bath, brush, blowout, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and de-shedding treatment, all for $115, plus tip. As a bonus Eric put on a cute little tie for our distinguished gentleman of a pup! So cute! I can't recommend them enough!

My pup, Slinky, and I had our first grooming experience with Dog Dash and our groomer, Kaleigh, and it was wonderful! My miniature dachshund isn't the easiest when it comes to strangers or grooming, but she came back looking fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. Julie has always done a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with, discussing how much to trim from the back end, for example. This was my first time booking with DogDash and they were amazing!! They scheduled my appointment just a few days after I reached out on Yelp, sent the appointment link right away, and even called when they were on the way. The groomer was super kind and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was fast, gentle with my dog, and did such a great job. My girl even came back with a cute little bandana. We've used Dogdash for a couple of years now and the experience we have had with Eric specifically has been exceptional. Not only is he extremely thorough with our two larger somewhat difficult dogs he is extremely patient and does a wonderful job every time. They also were able to arrive earlier than I booked for which was much more convenient. The groomer was able to get him in and out in about an hour. My labrador is very clean and happy. They arrived as scheduled and what a surprise to see the inside of their mobile grooming van. Spacious and ergonomically laid out. A stainless steel platform to lift your dog into the shower stall. Warning: Do Not Take Your Dog Here…read more If you care about your pet's wellbeing, avoid this grooming salon. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment on June 24th. Within a week, she developed a severe hot spot that quickly escalated. We ended up at the vet, where they confirmed the infection was due to negligence during her grooming. The vet examined my dog thoroughly and found the infection was so serve that they could literally pull back the skin. The situation was so painful and serious that they had to put her under anesthesia just to shave and treat the area without causing her even more distress. The wounds were so severe that they refused to treat her while she was awake. This infection affected about 40% of her body, including her ear. Part of her ear had to be removed because the infection had eaten away so much tissue. So far, I've spent around $1,300 in vet bills, not including the $75 I pay each time to have her bandages replaced and wounds cleaned properly. As of July 29th, my dog is still undergoing treatment for this infection, which was caused by the groomers cutting her without informing me and using unclean tools. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. I first messaged Carlos on July 15th and received no response. I then called on Friday, July 17 to follow up, and initially got no answer. When I called on his cell phone again, Carlos answered and said he was driving and would call me back in 30 minutes. He never did. I called again later that evening, and instead of apologizing for not following up, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. We eventually scheduled an appointment for July 21 between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Carlos never showed up and never called to let me know there was an issue. I tried calling multiple times around 7:30 PM and received no response. At that point, I had no choice but to look for another groomer through Yelp. Ironically, Yelp also sent my inquiry to other providers and this same groomer responded first. Given that he had already failed to show up for our confirmed appointment and had ignored multiple calls, I told him I was no longer interested in his services. I understand that things can occasionally happen, but failing to communicate, not returning calls and completely missing a scheduled appointment without any notice is unacceptable - especially from a service that has already increased its prices multiple times. I had continued using Bark Barber largely because my dogs were familiar with the groomer, but reliability and communication are just as important as the grooming itself. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. I have attached all the images of the call logs and messages with him as evidence.
