Today's visit 100% made up for a previous lackluster visit, and I am so happy we stopped in! Our last visit was several months ago and all the indoor seating was reserved for a private party or something. Today we returned and had a much better time! I ordered the Sooo Cali with the aioli on the side since I wasn't sure how spicy it would be and I can be a bit sensitive to spicy food. My husband ordered the Chili The Kid, which is a favorite of mine. We struggled at first to find something for our daughter as she wanted a hot dog but we only saw sliders, corn dogs, and chicken tenders for the kids meals. As it turns out, one of the sliders is a hit dog slider! The woman working at the front counter was so kind and patient and helped us with our questions. She also took our order at the register when the ordering tablet didn't have an option for sauces on the side. The food was delicious! I love the light crispy toastiness of the buns. Hotdogs are served on toasted hawaiian rolls, unless you order them another way. The hawaiian rolls are perfect! The basil aioli wasn't really spicy at all so it was the perfect brightness to add more flavor to my meal. Daughter loved her tiny cheeseburger and tiny hot dog (the kids meal has 2 sliders of your choice and that's what she picked). After we were finished eating, we had her go to the counter to ask for a couple boxes. She's almost 5 so she braved it and got some boxes. The lady who had taken our order was so charmed by her thay she offered a free tiny ice cream! That was really sweet of her, and daughter was super excited. So she got a little cup with some vanilla soft serve and some sprinkles. Excellent customer service, delicious food, and a sweet surprise at the end that we certainly didn't expect. We can't wait to get back!

Apparently Dog Haus (or specifically Dog Haus Chino Hills) doesn't feel the need to honor their customers' mobile orders. I used the Dog Haus mobile app to place an order for items that seemed to be listed at a promotional price. I received an order confirmation email, so about 90 minutes later at the specified pickup time, I drove 20 miles to get my food. At the restaurant, both the cashier and manager refused have my order made unless I paid the full price. They didn't care that I had a confirmation receipt from Dog Haus - essentially refusing to uphold the customer contract (the confirmed order). When any other company would make things right (and many even go above and beyond), it seems like Dog Haus doesn't care much to do right by the customer.

Great food.Great service.Great life can now die peacefully. it's amazing get the ringer

Not sanitary location!!! Lady is taking cards with gloves on and grabbing tots by hand with the same gloves.

SANITARY CONCERNS. The girl working the register is switching back and forth from making the food/packing the food. On the receipt says her name is Takisha M. Worker seemed annoyed that I even asked how big is "the love boat" (side item), then she was digging around under the countertop for the trays... They ask for our name to pick up the food at the counter, even though there's a ton of numbers on the counter for dine-in purposes. What if I sat on the outside tables?? That doesn't make sense. Are they lazy or too busy to bring it to someone's table? When we walked in she was making food then went to the register. After she was done, (paid with card) she went back to doing that without switching gloves. While waiting for our food, she made a milkshake and then touched someone else's credit card. She didn't change her gloves at all...even after handling a few customers cards/cash. They don't take Apple Pay. Also saw her use her hands with the dirty gloves that handled cash/cards. To put tater tots in a bag, as well as pick up a tots that she spilled from the floor...when she was pouring the basket...with the same gloves. It also took over 25 minutes for tots and 2 hot dogs. Everything is extremely salty. And the hot dogs itself were lukewarm/cold. The buns were toasted but somewhat soggy still with the bottoms basically burnt. The only thing that was good was the tots itself without anything on it, but somehow they're slightly salty too? The tots came out hot but the chili was salty and seemed like a glob of brown stuff, tasted canned and basic cheese, too salty overall. Also, a man and woman kept walking in and out behind the register and through the kitchen. I assume they're the owners? The woman was digging around at the front counter. Afterwards the man walked to one of the fryers in the kitchen and then started cooking... I would not come back until they fix the way they handle the food. It a huge safe concern...absolutely disgusting!

I love this place. My first visit was in San Jose and I was shocked to find out there are more Dog Haus locally. I wish there was one closer to Hacienda Heights. Anyways, I had The Old Town and it was absolutely delicious. I was torn between ordering tots or a mini corn dog. I went with the tots but I really wanted a corn dog BUT it would be way too much food. Everything here is consistently made to high quality standards and the service is always great. Gotta come back for a corn dog!!!

onion rings = $3.49

Whatever hot dog creation you've concocted in your brain has probably manifested itself into one of Dog Haus' creations. I was craving a chili cheese dog and opted for the Chili Idol ($6.99). It comes topped with Haus chili, cheddar cheese sauce, and onions. All hot dogs come on a King's Hawaiian roll. Well, I should have known better. I didn't read the fine print and didn't realize that it would be a cheddar cheese sauce situation because I may have rethought my decision to order this hotdog - cheese sauce is like...so heavy. And gross feeling when you're eating it. Combined with the chili, I woke up feeling so not health. I liked the onion rings ($3.49), but I couldn't shake the feeling of the chili and cheddar cheese sauce sitting in my stomach. Service was so, so slow for a Saturday night. We waited forever and ever for our order. I love hotdogs, so I'd definitely make my way back, but I will opt for a more non-process situation next time.

Dog Haus provides exceptional food and service with a timely manner. Never a miss and always a hit. Management is friendly as well as employees and facility is properly maintained continuously. Recommend

The hangover was delicious! I enjoyed how the egg and the flavors were held together by the Hawaiian bread. When you dine in, they give you a number and serve you the food once they finish preparing it. There is a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Inside there are TVs to watch sport games! The part I disliked was the prices. For $12, I received this burger and a hotdog is around $9. PARKING - PLENTY IN A PLAZA

Ordered cheese tots, as they even labeled on the box, but no cheese
John S.

Messed up our cheese fries and cheese tots orders. Ironically wrote Cheese on the boxes, but no cheese added!! BTW - I was the only customer in on-site, so cannot blame busyness!! Just sad...

Great food! We came as a family and ordered The Hangiver, Impossible Burger, Chili Idol, and the Haus Buffalo Wings. I had the wings and be aware that they are spicy, but they are delicious. Everyone said everything was delicious. They serve the burgers on Hawaiian Rolls. Give it a try!

Dog haus is a restaurant that I always wish was in every city because not only does it satisfy the hot dog craving but, they also have some of the most delicious slider burgers you could ask for. It's greasy, spicy and has a nice smashed patty to satisfy any burger craving you could possibly have. Onion rings are thick and delicious when dipped in their house made ranch. Grab some greasy food and a nice ipa to complete your late night comfort meal. The ambiance is nice and dark and perfect for you to watch some sports or just hang out with some friends.

KIDS TENDERS MEAL RINGER (BURGER) COWBOY (DOG) CHILI CHEESE FRIES
Rafeek Y.

Came here yesterday for dinner with the fam. We ordered the Cowboy, Ringer, Kids Tenders Meal, and Chili Cheese Fries. COWBOY (DOG) - smoked bacon wrapped dog, cheddar cheese sauce, crispy fried onions, bbq sauce. Pretty good. 4/5 stars RINGER (BURGER) - cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, onion rings, bbq sauce. A little messy but otherwise pretty good. 4/5 stars KIDS TENDERS MEAL - Two Chicken Tenders, Fried or Grilled, with fries or tater tots and a choice of drink. Waaaay too spicy. Ezra who turned 4 last month could not eat this. Also, when I tasted it, it was meh. 1/5 stars CHILI CHEESE FRIES - fries, cheddar cheese sauce, haus chili, green onions. They chili was bomb. 5/5

At first glance, one could be forgiven for mistaking Dog Haus for another gentrified take on quintessentially American cuisine - hot dogs, burgers, and fries. For example, one of the hot dogs I ordered, the Sooo Cali ($6.99), arrived topped with arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy fried onions, and spicy basil aioli and sat atop Hawaiian roll buns. Initially, I found the roll buns superfluous. How do I hold a hot dog bun that's actually three separate bun? Won't my toppings fall off? Then I noticed the plastic knife and realized I could create 3 mini-dogs and felt a bit silly. Certainly, this doesn't look like the Sunday backyard hot dog. However, the experimentation with toppings, similar to that of gourmet burgers, makes for novel flavors. Sides, on the other hand, seem slightly more orthodox, such as the chili cheese tater tots topped w/green onions ($4.99). The decent selection of craft beers on tap at $6-8 provides an additional dimension to the experience. With outdoor seating, Dog Haus provides a pseudo-biergarten experience, considering that the food menu does not seem out of place of a beer-focused gastropub.

I honestly don't think it's worth coming here even if the food is not bad because their service is that atrocious. Some food is fantastic...others I'm rather meh about. Pani puri 4/5. Herbed potatoes and the sweet tamarind sauce are fantastic. The tangy water...it's not heavy enough in seasoning for my liking. When you bite into it it's like a fluffy crispy airy dough shell with the texture of boiled eggs but the flavor reminds me of samosas... Also the fried dough thing on top to add the extra crunch is nice Bombay vada pav - 5/5 soft pillowy potato bread with spiced potato fritter.. just yes. They give you additional chilli peppers which honestly are a little too spicy for me.... And the mint chutney is really spicy too.... But the tamarind sauce is tangy and more tart/ and different from the tamarind sauce w/ Pani puri. I absolutely loved this and this was the best thing on the menu. Stuffed mushrooms with cheese - 3.5/5 the cheese does cut into spice from other foods but it's not a dish i think is worth ordering. I don't know what biryani I had because it's not on the menu anymore as I'm writing the review as of 3.28.26 but that was a 2/5. That was terrible. Portion size fantastic but God .... Frozen peas carrots green bean mixture killed this. There was barely any spice or flavor. I genuinely was disappointed. Cocktail.. 0.5/5 It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes before I got my cocktail. Wtf why is it only one person knows how to make cocktails and why is that the person greeting people. Please get more and better staff so that they can actually be doing one job only. For reference I ordered the cocktail "vessel of shakti" and honestly... It gave me artificial candy strawberry daiquiri mix. The coconut water is lost in flavors. I did not taste like. Skip this. Just don't order cocktails because only 1 person knows how to make them. .5 only because the person making the drink was genuinely apologetic and busy. The service here is absolute shit. You can't flag people down, they'll ignore you if you're not Indian so rubbish service. But also the waiters seem really pissed off and don't want to be here. We sat at the bar Jackie was the bartender that night she was super friendly and awesome! I had Tito's, tonic and a splash of pineapple juice which was good! My friend had a Paloma and she enjoyed her cocktail too! We shared the guacamole and chips which were good only thing I would have added was a little extra lime juice and pinch more of salt! Love the tortillas tasted fresh! I love their refried beans that hit the spot packed with flavor! Interesting enough I enjoyed the fire grilled taste of the asada meat!!! I killed my tacos!!! The guacamole on top of the tacos squeeze of limes was chef kiss! They have a salsa bar too so all my friends who enjoy spicy salsas have at it!!! The tacos range from $6.50 I ordered the two tacos, rice and beans plate for $13! I can't wait to go in tonight for Taco Tuesday $3 tacos yassss pls!!! Maybe a little $7 Tito's cocktail again!!! Inside the vibe is giving relaxed chill homey vibes!!!
