Stopped by on a Tuesday evening after seeing their reels on IG. Obviously it was way past their grand opening, so there were not lines or crowds. But they offered some good deals, like buy one, get one burger. But beware, it seems like you have to ask for the deal, they don't automatically give it to you. I decided to order a double cheeseburger and chilli cheese fries. The burger was good with a slight taste of char and I really liked that they use 1000 island, instead of mayo. My only complaint is that the patties were quite thin. The chilli cheese fries were yummy and the chilli was thick, rich and loaded with gooey cheese. My only complaint is that I wish the fries were cooked well done, so they would've remained crispier under all that delishousness. Despite my few gripes, I still think this is a good local burger spot, and much better than many fast food chains in the immediate area. I will definitely return. read more

This is our new go to for hamburgers! The staff is wonderful and kind. They go that extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. We've eaten inside twice and gone through the drive through once. Both times the food was consistent and generous! I love how they give you the option to get curly or regular fries at the same cost. The hamburgers we ordered were huge and tasty. We have a lot of hamburger options on Riverside Drive in Chino, but Hercules is now our go to! I'd like to try the salads next- as they looked amazing. Keep up the good work guys. We will be back. read more

We stopped by for their grand opening special, the drive through line was long, so we decided to park and walk in. The place was crowded, and they were taking orders fast. Less than 5 minutes later we had our food, and sat down to eat. There's a lot of indoor sitting so that's cool, also outdoor sitting for people who wanna enjoy the fresh air. Burger is a nice size and the fries were so good! We got a burger combo and a chilli fries combo as well. Overall a good experience and food was decent quality. read more

Amazing food fast service would definitely recommend the curly fries they are the best!

Honestly not bad but its a bit far from me to continue to keep heading out there. Plenty of tables to sit at and the service was speedy. We got the Jr pack for 29.99, which included 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 drinks. The value for that was great! If your in the area you CAN NOT beat the price! Check it out for yourself read more

First time here. Ordered a BLT with avocado and a Patti melt. Both tested really good. I would suggest that they add some thousand island dressing or similar sauce to the patti melt. It was a little dry. Fries were good and were a large amount. We split the combo order. Service was excellent. The place was spotless and restrooms were clean. read more

Decided to try this place cause it's new . Got the steak and eggs breakfast burrito. It was ok not bad but not the best . The burrito is huge tho. Andy's burgers has the best steak and eggs to me also best red salsa. Still not ruling them out cause they have chicken fried steak which most place don't have . So going back for that and then let you know how it goes read more

Decided to try the new Hercules Burgers in the City of Chino. When I try a new hamburger restaurants, I always try the pastrami sandwich first. Well, sticking to tradition, I ordered the pastrami combo. The combo came out to twenty two dollars and change. Order brought to my table within a few short minutes. The appearance of the meal look pleasing. Along with the pastrami, the meal included some French fries and a 20oz fountain drink. The pastrami sandwich was very good. The pastrami meat was chopped up just how I had requested it. The bread was fresh and the sandwich as a whole was rather pleasing. It was prepared with the usual mustard and pickles. The fries were seasoned and very delicious as well. I will be returning in the rather near future to try their burgers and do another review. read more

Don't waste your money. Too many good burger places around ! My experience with Hercules was disappointing, to say the least. Seeing a 5-year-old child in the kitchen area raised concerns about the establishment's standards. We decided to eat in the parking lot to enjoy our food hot and fresh, The food was served cold, wet, and soggy,. The zucchini dish was particularly unpalatable due to the presence of cinnamon. When I sought a refund, I was told that all sales are final, which added to my frustration. The entire experience was a waste of money, and the receipt I received was even wet read more

Came through drive thru no line which was great. Intercom was so hard to hear i had to repeat my order and she repeated it back but sounded confused? Haha i just asked for a cup of their chili beans and a side of crackers. I got chili with refried beans and a side of bread. It was pretty funny once i got home and realized what they gave me but nonetheless a pretty air headed mistake.. my guess is youngsters as their first job ? read more

I went through the drive-thru around 9:00 p.m., about an hour before closing, and I was the only car in line. I ordered chicken tenders with a small order of fries. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my food. The cashier was friendly and correctly asked which condiments I wanted, so I appreciated that. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized I had been given someone else's order entirely. Waiting that long only to receive the wrong meal was really disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but I expected better, especially with no line in the drive-thru meal read more

I was a little hesitant to try this place because of the mixed reviews, but I am so glad we decided to give it a chance! I highly recommend the California Chicken sandwich it was bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the cheeseburger special, and he loved it as well. We shared an order of French fries, which were perfectly seasoned with seasoned salt and so good. We even cut both sandwiches in half so we could try each other's such a great decision! On top of the food being great, the restaurant itself was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and kind. Rocio, the cashier, was especially friendly and patient, which made the experience even better. She checked on us and made sure everything was good. Overall, we're really happy we stopped by and will definitely be coming back! read more

1st time visitor. I ordered a hamburger special that was good and tasty. My husband ordered a steak sandwich that was flavorful but not as good as other restaurants we have visited in the Chino area. Service was great. Ambiance was ok. We will be back to try their breakfast burritos. read more

First time visiting and it did not disappoint. The family pack is a great deal for the amount of food one receives. The food itself was great. The service was great. Courteous and attentive. Tried this place after old burger place was closed for years. I got 2 pastrami combos. I opted to get zucchini instead of fries on one. I didn't think or saw on menu that it was going to cost me a leg for change. However, pastrami was good and plenty so I can't complain. Zucchini was pretty good too. Not those quarter cuts but not too skinny either. Service was fairly fast for drive thru with 2 cars ahead. I say give it a try. I will probably be back but cut back on order. read more

Been waiting a while for them to reopen so we decided to give them a try tonight. We were skeptical after reading the reviews but let me tell you, our experience couldn't be any further from what we read online. The service was fast, they were friendly, the order was correct, and the food was great! As far as price, we ordered two meals and the price was $26. Today, you can't go anywhere and get a complete meal for less so I'm not sure why there are reviews complaining about price. I would gladly pay this much for this level of quality any day before I pay McDonald's or any other garbage fast food chain, hands down. Also, both our orders were customized and they came out correct and very quickly. It took about 6 minutes total. I pay more for El Pollo Loco, without modifications, and most of the time, at least one of our orders is incorrrct. Kudos to Hercules! You did good! We will definitely be coming back for more!!! read more

I've been here a couple of times now . Great burgers Patty melts buy one get one free great deal but today I went and got a breakfast burrito that I usually get and it was missing bell peppers way more potatoes then sausage very little cheese is supposed to put pico in there and a green sauces like water they need to step up and make better salsa just saying because they do have quality food at a fair price so I'm hoping next time I will tell them make sure the bell peppers are in my breakfast burrito and seasoning and more sausage and I'm hoping they make different salsa because it's really bad it's like water customer service is great I think it's because you guys have all the specials going on this week very very busy which is good and the only problem is parking not sure if all the employees park there but it's not a big parking lot that's the only issue but it's great for residential over there but for people that are driving is becoming a big hassle. I think they will get all the littleKinksout in time that's why I'm giving this review so we can make this restaurant even better it's a great local restaurant here in Chino read more

Went back to Hercules today to give them a second chance and utilize the food credit that they gave us when they shorted us on our order. We gave them the info they provided to us the day they gave us a credit and they said they don't have any recollection of this, so too bad. Terrible, rude customer service. We will never return. Well the burger was a decent burger nothing special it had fallen part because I beleive it wasn't wrapped tightly. The fries unfortunately are lacking! They seemed a bit undercooked.. Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly. Combo meal was at a reasonable price for today's economy. Got the bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger was delicious. I was a little disappointed with this experience. I ordered their hamburger deal because it was a good one. I paid extra for cheese but did not receive the cheese. I get they were pretty packed but I paid extra for the cheese. Other than that it was quick and delicious. read more

Great deals and food make sure to visit . I love stopping here when im in town family loves there food also .

I went here this morning for breakfast after a hike. The place was nice and clean, well staffed, the floor staff was very friendly, reasonable prices. Some of the meals come with a drink. The cashier was having difficulty understanding me, but finally understood what I was asking her. There was almost a cup of gravy on my chicken fried steak, I asked for a little container to scrape it off. Next time I'll get the gravy on the side. Other than those 2 issues: language barrier with the cashier, and ridiculous amount of gravy on my chicken fried steak, I would go again. read more

Definitely recommend! Hercules is becoming my go-to restaurant whenever I'm in Chino. From the moment you step inside, the inviting atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness set the stage for a wonderful experience. The restaurant boasts generous food portions that truly offer great value for your money. The food is consistently delicious and satisfying, it never disappoints. What truly enhances the dining experience is the friendly and attentive staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Oscar who is very attentive to my family (especially my mom who engages him into conversation) and the service is prompt without feeling rushed, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. read more

As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I take great pleasure in exploring local eateries, particularly within our community. My son and I recently had the opportunity to visit Hercules, marking our inaugural experience at this establishment. Notably, the restaurant offers ample parking for dine-in patrons and efficient drive-thru service. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, a young lady greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, setting a positive tone for our interaction. Despite the kitchen staff's apparent busyness, the atmosphere remained lively, with all staff members greeting customers at the drive-thru window with smiles. The young lady demonstrated exceptional customer service by inquiring about our need for condiments and wishing us a pleasant day. My son eagerly anticipated sampling the chili cheese dog, which exceeded his expectations due to the generous portions of cheese and chili, instantly making it a favorite. We also ordered two mixed breakfast burritos, which were remarkably large. These burritos perfectly balanced ham, crispy bacon, eggs, cheese, and hash browns. Fortunately, we disregarded the negative reviews and decided to form our own opinion, finding the food to be fresh and the green sauce, in particular, outstanding for its flavor and spice. I highly recommend visiting this location to experience exceptional food and support local businesses. read more

Very good food fresh and yes I recommend this restaurant to others they also have very good customer service.

I visited Hercules Burgers for the first time. I was in the mood for Zucchini and Onion rings, both not offered in an order together, but the graciously made an exception for my request. I really do appreciate service like that, thank you! Food was hot fresh and tasty. Prices were decent, I will definitely be back to try different items. People behind the counter were very friendly also. Good Visit. Thanks Again:-)) read more

everyone stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!! their burgers are paper thin and to charge 16.99 for it is excessive and ridiculous we also ordered a pastrami which didnt taste like a pastrami not sure what kind of seasoning they use but its awfull and horrible i asked for another simple kids burger with dressing only in other words thousand island but they put some disgusting french dressing my daughter was upset and spit it out oh and their burgers are undercooked as well. the inexperienced cooks show their true lack of knowledge and finally the bill of 80.00 plus is beyond belief stay away people if you want good food go to troys burgers down the street better tasting and not all sales final. so you know why hercules puts it on their receipts is because they know their food is lousy and just want to take your money do not go here overpriced and disgusting tasting food lastly if the manager owners see this please know ill be reporting this to the bbb maybe the health dept too taste like food leftover from the riots should get - 10 rating read more
