Wood Ranch is my go-to for a reason! It simply never disappoints. I'm a creature of habit here…read morebecause the flavors are just that reliable. The service is also top tier. The Highlights for me are the Peanut Coleslaw. This is a game-changer. I usually hate coleslaw, but their peanut twist is the only version I'll actually eat. The Main I always pair the boneless skinless BBQ chicken breasts with the roasted broccoli. The chicken is perfectly glazed, and the broccoli has that ideal char. Short, sweet, and consistently delicious. If you want a foolproof meal, this is it!

I hate to give this place a one star but I have to. Went in here the other day and by the time we…read morewere seated we realized just how ridiculously loud it was. I couldn't hear myself think. I couldn't even hear the person across from me that I came with to eat dinner nor could I hear the server either. The restaurant was so excruciatingly loud that it genuinely caused bad ear pain and a headache so we left before ordering anything else besides water. Completely ruined the entire experience. And for reference I don't have any hearing problems and I'm in my 20s, so if I can't hear what the person directly next to me is saying then there's a problem here. It was so crowded and full of loud drunk people. Incredibly overwhelming. This place needs better max capacity laws in place or if they actually have them they're definitely not following them here. Also the inside set up is like a labyrinth. It's a confusing half open concept to the outside, half inside, and all very overstimulating. None of the staff seemed concerned at all with the hundreds of people overfilling the restaurant loudly speaking/yelling. This is unacceptable to be honest. I just wanted to come here to have a nice dinner after a long day at work and I couldn't. Beware of the noise especially if you have children or older people in your party; we didn't have either but I can't imagine how they'd feel in this chaotic environment. Btw, sitting outside won't change or help this fact either as it was also extremely overcrowded and nearly just as loud as well. 1/5 stars. Please manage your capacity better because it's driving customers away. This is supposed to be a nice restaurant not a club.

I moved here from Riverside about three years ago and have been searching for a good menudo spot…read moreever since. I've asked around many times but never got a solid recommendation--until now. Someone on here suggested I try The Patio, and I'm glad I listened because it did not disappoint. The menudo was excellent. The broth was clean and flavorful, and the meat was perfectly cooked. I ordered it with hominy, and the best part was that it had more meat than hominy, which is rare these days. For the price, the portion size was more than worth it--you definitely get your money's worth. The service was phenomenal as well. The woman helping me was very attentive, the restaurant was clean, and the guy who brought out my food was friendly and welcoming. The only small downside was that I didn't get my tortillas with the order. And if you know, you know--Mexicans love having tortillas with our food! But aside from that, everything was great. I'll definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu, but one thing is certain: I won't be getting my menudo from anywhere else. I didn't take any pics because I ate it fast it was that good.

Even though we got there a little late, people were super friendly and made space for us at their table, which I loved. They do have a DJ in between sets, and just a heads up--they close at midnight. Food-wise, we only tried the potato tacos, and they were a little underwhelming. Not much flavor, and mine was missing the cheese I asked for--but it was really loud, so I'm giving them a pass on that one. For drinks, beer is served inside & outside but if you want hard liquor, you'll need to head out to the outside bar. There were two bartenders--one with long black hair who wasn't the friendliest, and another blonde bartender who was super sweet and made a really good drink My cocktail was on point, but my husband's Jack and Coke leaned a little more Coke than Jack. Overall, the vibe was definitely there Good music, good energy, and a fun crowd. We'll for sure be back!

But once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It's actually a cute, country-style diner with cozy booths and charming wagon wheel decor that gives it a warm, welcoming vibe. We were immediately greeted by a lovely hostess who also ended up being our waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. We ordered the blueberry pancakes and the eggs Benedict, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their food. Overall, such a great experience--we'll definitely be coming back!

Cheerfully conversing diners in booths and folks bellied up to the bar filled up the cozy space. Homey country style decorative touches, strings of white lights, leathery booths, and wood panels create a warm and rustic atmosphere. We came at the tail end of dinner and sadly, we missed the prime rib as they were sold out (get here early for prime rib & close to the action booth seating!). However, we enjoyed our meals, and the service was spot on. Now, this is not a handcrafted cocktail bar experience. This is a what-you-came-for generous pour over ice with your choice of mixer, and they'll just keep coming until you say otherwise. Our waitress, Tiffany, was super personable, friendly, here there & everywhere, and completely at ease with every guest she interacted with. But the main reason we were here was for the fabled karaoke! Roger kicks it off and keeps it rolling. The singers' choices ran from golden era standards to epic rock ballads and everything in between. Sing along, clap, dance in your seat or in the aisle - everybody joins in. There was a great feeling of bonhomie and camaraderie through music here. Whether you're this side of pro or off key with enthusiasm, this is the place for you! Everyone is a star here. Good food, friendly service, stiff drinks, friendly folks, great group of regulars and newbies...bring your positive energy and come on over to the Cock-a-Doodle for a thoroughly fun night out!

I have eaten my way through filet mignon, ribeyes that could make you emotional, slow braised short ribs that fall apart if you look at them too hard, and somehow, somehow, this corned beef just walked in, sat down at the head of the table, and said, "We're doing things differently now." The meat? Ridiculous. Tender in a way that makes you question physics. Moist without being greasy. Rich without crossing into that heavy, regret filled territory. Every bite felt like it had been engineered by someone who understands joy on a molecular level. And then, because apparently that wasn't enough, you get the balance. The sauerkraut cuts through with just the right tang. The Russian dressing slides in with this creamy, slightly sweet acidity that ties everything together like it has a degree in culinary diplomacy. Nothing fights. Nothing overwhelms. It's harmony. It's orchestral. It's borderline inappropriate how good it is. The rye bread? Let's talk about it. Toasty, flavorful, structurally sound, which matters, because this sandwich has presence. It doesn't just hold the sandwich, it participates. It shows up. It contributes. Now let me save you from making the same mistake I did: Do not order the fries. Listen, the curly fries are great. I'm not here to slander them. But pairing them with this sandwich is like trying to follow a standing ovation with a fireworks show indoors. It's too much. This sandwich is already peak decadence. Add fries, and you've crossed into excess that your soul, and your digestive system, will have a meeting about later. Next time, I am getting fruit. Something light. Something that respects what just happened on that plate. Final verdict: This isn't just a sandwich. It's an event. A commitment. A decision you don't make casually. And yes, I will absolutely be ordering it again.
