Delicious food, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff. Ordered a hangover burger and sweet potato fries. Asked for a side sauce of spicy basil aioli to dip the fries. Delish. Thank you! read more

The food arrived really fast and the service was great .The hot chick sandwich was better than I expected the onion rings are a must.

I saw an employee scrape cheese off a hotdog with his hands and add more chili on top ewww! The restaurant was empty and the employees are full of attitude working super slow while on their phones I could not believe my eyes, terrible service overall, 30+ mins for an order while the place was empty, read more

Amazing food and service. We ordered mini cheeseburgers, the Hawaiian hot dog, fries, tater tots with cheese, and lil mule hamburger. The toasted Hawaiian bread is so soft and buttery. Everything was truly delicious . They also have beer. Great rustic vibes. We'll be back! read more

One star because the cook sucks!!!! My nephew was hungry and wanted a plain hot dog because he loves the hot dog here, so I order him a plain one and I got a love boat and a freiburger. Tell me why the people after us got like 5 of their orders already and plus some to-go orders were done!!! I can't believe it, it's my first time and I'll never come here again even though freiburger was delicious I can't deal with the cooks. Arlene the manager did apologize and said she will look into it and also offered a coupon, so I gave it to my nephew because I will never be going back to this location. read more

Today was the first experience I've had at dog haus i love me a good hot dog trust but sadly my experience there sucked...I received the most amazing looking hot dog and nearly half way through it I bit something hard and it was a stick..like an actual piece of stick..it kind of hurt I kindly went up to the register just to let them know and gave it to them on a paper towel then they offered to make me a new one but didn't offer me a refund I declined because after that I complete lost my appetite I was truly disappointed :( I hate having to write crappy comments but this wasn't cool read more

They have vegan burgers and dogs but their bread has egg. Hello? Who eats dogs with no bun?

In the past it was excellent but it seems the menu has downsized and the dogs meat seems different. It was still very good but nothing outstanding like before. The venue is cute and the people are nice. read more

Oweeee , first tyme here but it was quite nice ... Thanks to manager Johnnie and Worker Niesa I'll definitely return read more

It was okay, I have been here many times before but my latest visit wasn't the best. To start off they had changed for ranch which they have never done before. They didn't tell me they had changed for ranch when I was ordering and I only saw the 4$ change till after we had paid. Food came pretty quick as usual but my avocado had the skin on it which was a little off putting. This place is really good I just think that the people working at the time might have been tired or new read more

A bit on the pricey side considering its just hotdogs, but the happy hr was nice. Went around early November and tried the turkey dog w sweet potato, sadly i got a log made up of 70% sweet potato and 30% turkey frank. It was burnt on both ends so i asked for another one and the cook insisted thats how it's cooked. Nice place, but wont be coming back till they chill w the 8$ hotdogs. read more

So i kinda like this place! They stay open late and make great hot dogs! We ordered a few things.. corn dog ..fries ... onion rings... and hot dogs/bratwurst...dogs were great! They were served on sweet hawaiian rolls ...so good! But onion rings and fries were nothing to write home about. Corndog was lacking something. It was meh..but next time i wanna try me some tator tots! read more

My husband tried Dog Haus, in Carson, for the first time, and he loved it. He got the Das Brat, and the Holy Aioli burger, and the first five things he said were, "Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my God. Gotdamn. Gotdamn." Lol He also tried the vanilla shake, which he also enjoyed. He told his friend about it, and sent him pictures of his food, and his friend went about an hour later, and also really enjoyed it. Definitely worth trying... Note/Edit: The above review is of my husband's first time trying Dog Haus, but I forgot to mention that we ordered through Postmates, and the food was really good. He wanted to take a friend to try today, for my husband's second time, and this time they went in. It was also my husband's first time going in, and he was not impressed. He said it was more like a crowded McDonald's, than what he was expecting, and that the music was too loud (for no reason), and could barely hear himself. So while the food is good, he would rather try through delivery, instead of going in. read more

Solely based off of customer service. I came to get my normal order here at Dog Haus, I ordered a sooo Cali w/ a beyond sausage. The girl who charged me (Aileen) didn't know how to do it on the system to switch out the sausage so she asked (who I'm assuming is the manager, who was rude) how to do it in the system. So she did, I got my receipt which seems more expensive than normal. I review the receipt and for some odd reason they charged me for a BYO BM BRAT and did NOT inform me that they were going to charge extra for each additional topping. I don't mind paying, but seriously how are you not going to inform the customer of what you're doing on the system in regards to additional charges? I've gone to quite a few Dog Haus' and I've never had this problem. The manager was pretty rude. He told me that he told his employee "what to do and if she didn't tell you well (then proceeded to shrug his shoulders like oh well), but had I charged you I would've told you" well if that's the case then please charge your customers or at least properly educate your employees on what to do in situations such as this. read more

Love this place. I love that it has vegetarian options for me and the rest of the family can eat the meat options. The food is delicious but it is pricey. read more

A friend of mine was visiting in town and I had only been in Carson for a few months, so I took her to Dog Haus with the intention to experience something new. We absolutely loved it! I forgotten a s which burger I had, but it had a fried egg and chili on it and it was heaven in my mouth. The Hawaiian buns are always a selling point for me and they did not disappoint. I will be going again FOR SURE! read more

Being mostly vegan/vegetarian I've been waiting to try this place if I was close by and wanted a veggie dog. I went today for a local fundraiser and I'm so glad I did. They have since updated their menu and now carry two of the Beyond Meat sausages and the Impossible burger on their plant-based meat menu. I got the Sooo Veggie as it comes and I devoured it. My mom got the Beyond Brat with no sauerkraut and with yellow mustard instead. That was tasty as well. We also got the cheesy tots. The cheese is more runny than expected but we ended up liking them even better. They also have a few beers on tap and a decent happy hour during the week. The staff was patient and friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back! read more

The dogs here are excellent. Like any good sausage, the casing has a nice bite to it when you chomp down. I ordered the Huli Huli, which has a nice sweet-savory-spicy mix that I really liked on top of a chicken and apple sausage. The really nice touch is the kings hawaiian type bun used that gives the bread a light fluffy exterior. I also ordered the love boat (chili with cole slaw on top of tater tots) and really liked both dishes. Must try for any locals or people in the area looking for a quick meal. read more

They had an amazing cheeseburger, loved the meat, secret sauce, sweet buns. It was a great combination

I came here after finding out they use creek stone beef which is Halal. It's exciting to have new halal options. There are several non-halal items on the menu though, including bacon. The staff was very friendly and assured me that the hotdogs were cooked on a separate grill from the pork-based products. I asked for a chili dog and the person at the register told me that although the beef in the chili is from creek stone, it contains pork fat. So for Muslims you can get corn dogs, hot dogs and burgers, but you may have to make substitutions. read more

This place is just ok and next time if I have to go back and forth with someone who won't give me my door dashed food because they have it made up in their mind that my named isn't spelled correctly then I clearly do not need to come back here!!! The cowboy was my choice, it was great. My girl got the Tex Mex and it had plenty of spice but a good amount. We got some small chilli cheese fries this time but next time we are going for the large. The craft sodas they had at the soda dispenser were good too. read more

Live in the apartments upstairs so was really anticipating this place to open. Finally came in and ordered the Fonz and some tots. Lonise was amazing. It's good. Probably better for Friday night Dogs and Brews night rather than kids afternoon lunch. Park around back in the lot. If you're in the mood to over-pay for a kids hotdog... and then watch them not eat it so you can curse to yourself and wonder how dumb you could have been, then this is your place...lol. I should have just driven them over to Ikea. :-) read more

This was my first time trying it and a day later I was thinking- I really need to give them a review. That was one of the most delicious hot dogs I've EVER had. I don't even know if I should call it a hot dog. A sausage? I don't know, but it was A DELIGHT! Who gets full on a hot dog? I did!! And I was STARVING. I ordered the one with pastrami and melted cheese. Man! I also ordered the chili tater tots which were pretty good too. They came with a little slaw garnish- and I don't like coleslaw, but this one has carrot slivers and it's just a little crunchy kick. My sidekicks ordered burgers and for a few minutes we ate in silence, nodding at each other. Everyone was full and happy by the time we finished. I definitely recommend this spot. read more

Their signature is the Hangover burger, check out the menu for a description. Great idea to use Hawaiian rolls for the buns, gives it a great twist. They have a good variety of beef and pork dogs. Good choice of draft beer as well. read more

Today was my first time ever coming and it was awesome!! They had a cool variety of beers, had 805, which is my favorite! Also had a pineapple express hotdog, amazing! Also had a Holy Aioli burger, was just as amazing! Highly recommend this place, will go again! read more

Tried this place out. Really liked the sweet potato fries and the tots were crunchy just how I like them!

So we tried it out today for the first time. I hate recommending places that I have never gone to myself, but my coworker said the food was gooood. I tried the tater tots and decided to get food for the family. It was pretty damn good! My husband is very picky sometimes, but he tried the hangover and I tried the ringer and he was pleased! We will definitely be going back. The place is clean and the food was fresh. The staff was very nice too! read more

This place never fails me! It's funny because although they are a hot dog spot, I always order the 'Bad Motha Clucka' Chicken sandwich!! You can get it grilled or fried, it tastes good both ways but of course the fried is my favorite! It's DELICIOUS & about $8-$9 which is totally worth it because I get full & satisfied. The customer service is very good and welcoming. And it doesn't take long to prepare food about 10min. If you are in a rush just do a call in order. read more

Came here on a whim. Husband and I wanted to try something new. We walked in and were greeted right away, we asked for recommendations and the guy was very friendly. The establishment is pretty clean and inviting, music is not too loud that you cant hear anything or too low you cant hear the music. The food was quickly prepared and brought to our table and lemme tell ya ... it was amazing. I loooved that they dont used regular hot dog buns and they have options for tater tots (the cheese was a bit too spicy for my taste but delicious nonetheless). The experience was amazing and I recommend it 100% read more

Worse experience ever! The so called manager Sherwin T was trying to over charge us by charging everything separately when on the menu it said it came with a drink and fries. How are you the manager and have to ask your employee if it comes with drinks and a side. You must be stupid to think we're stupid. Not only did he not ring in my drink but he was rude to my husband when he said if he can see what he charged us for. He answered go ahead and read it! Our kid tried to ask him if he played and he rudely said no I don't play. He even told me to control my husband just because he was trying to talk to him. He's not an animal to be controlled we're customers. He's the "owner/manager" he shouldn't even be there you can tell he hates his job. I'm pregnant all I wanted was to eat. I felt sick because he wouldn't stop and I had to look at the receipt to get his name. He immediately told us he would give us a refund instead of being a manager he acted like b*tch. I don't even want to give this place one star! He should be fired for how he treats people. read more

Parking available in a building next to Dog Haus and Darrow's! The Dog Haus has some yummy choices on its menu! I wouldn't come here to really chill out and relax since the seating is all stool type, not exactly comfy. I would come here to grab something quick and tasty! The place isn't fancy, it's clean, and you've got a menu full of cool little choices. The vibe in here is chill, and probably beats most other fast food spots, not going to be the healthiest food spot to eat at, but worth a try. read more
