Don't eat here. This place lacks food quality integrity. Lying to customers by claiming that you're going to fix their order, when you don't, is never okay! It's bad business. I visited this location to order a breakfast burrito and experienced the worst customer service and food experience. I ordered fried eggs in my burrito. I arrived to pick up my food to find out it was sunny side up. The person that took my order not only got my order wrong but misspelled my name after I spelled it out, letter by letter, for him twice. The cashier tried to insinuate it was my fault that my order was wrong. I pointed out that the person that took my order also misspelled my name, so clearly communication was a problem for the employee. The server & cashier said they would remake and fry my eggs over hard. They didn't remake it. When I arrived home, my eggs were still runny. There are 24 beers on tap (almost all craft), which is the largest draft selection in downtown Silver Spring. I ordered their Chicken Tenders and opted for their Nashville seasoning coat. I also ordered their sliders with white American cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions. The sliders fell really short for me. They were cold, dry and the patty was overcooked. The tenders also weren't that good. They barely has any seasoning on it. I couldn't believe for Nashville Hot tenders how bland they were. They were cooked well, but how unfortunate to have unseasoned chicken. I tried some of their sauces as well. They had a miso blue cheese, garlic aioli, spicy basil aioli, and chipotle aioli. The spicy basil aioli is the best out of all of them and made the tenders a little more edible. Overall, I think I'll need to try to order some different items if I make another visit. read more

The T-Mex sausage was decent, but it was completely overshadowed by the overpriced tiny pour of beer I received. $9 should get you a pint of beer basically anywhere, and, yes, that's high for anywhere that isn't a sports arena, even in an area like DC Metro. But I ended up with what was maybe 9 oz in a wine glass, for a well known (read: plentifully available) regional beer, not some specialty microbrew or something imported from deepest Germany. This is the first time I've ever had an issue. 99% of the time they're amazing and food is always bangin. However, this one time, my delivery came to my location, likely sat in the parking lot for 20 min and never called, texted or anything. And then they marked it delivered. I filled a complaint to their automated system (if you choose to have your receipt emailed, they ask how service was through Toast), no one responded to it, so what was the point of adding my two sense? Now I would have caught that the cashier typed my order in wrong, if she read it back to me or allowed me to review the screen where my order was listed. I've been to The Dog Haus several times and I keep coming back because they have a decent happy hour ($2 off wine and drafts, mini cheeseburgers for under $5, tater tots for cheap, etc). That seems excessive and we won't order them again.
